A little hard to find at night while my party enjoyed the rustic nature of the property it could have been better marked from the road as we got in later at night. In addition, we felt that could be cleaner and a bit more well stocked in basic amenities. It definitely had the feel as if no one had necessarily regularly checked in on the property which can be understood as it was the beginning of the spring. Overall though, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed the space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful log home. It was perfect for celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. It was spacious, comfortable and we really liked hanging out on the deck. It made for a nice weekend getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

This is such a private, peaceful property. It is a comfortable place with the most wonderful porches and decks with lots of chairs and couches. It was great for visiting with family and cooking meals on the grill.

We stayed at this beautiful home along Owasco Lake in the Finger Lakes, and it was a fantastic experience. The house is spacious, with three large bedrooms, a generous kitchen, open living and dining areas, and a large basement — perfect for relaxing or spending time with family. Everything was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway.

Very nice home in a good location for a quiet vacation. Be careful if you are traveling with a larger boat. The driveway is not friendly for large pull behinds.

Comfortable house in a lovely setting

Nick's house is very comfortable and the location is good. It's just a short walk across the road and down a short hill to the lakeside area where we swam and relaxed by the water. From the house deck, you can glimpse the lake through the trees. Apart from less-than-ideal coffeemaker, our experience was fun and very relaxing.

Good lake space

Very easy, glad that was pet friendly during these close family times, great space to spread out full basement level and main entertainment level, make sure you bring everything to lake as you don’t want to walk uphill/down again each time you need something, overall very good

Beautiful Cabin

Recently stayed with my family and enjoyed our time. The house was beautiful and very clean. The wrap around porch was great for the kids. We rented a pontoon for the day and conveniently docked it for a lunch break! We sat out by the fire pit in the backyard every evening. The lake is a very short walk from the house. The beach area is rocky, but other than that was as described. It was a very relaxing, peaceful getaway!

Heaven Above the Lake

Three friends were there for a reunion had the luxury of our own comfortable bedrooms. The peace and quiet of the lake woods and amazingly beautiful home made for a grand time together. There are a lot of stairs and slate walkways which may not be the best for much older renters, but we especially enjoyed the open feeling and views in the A frame and the ambience of the huge fireplace. There is a complete kitchen with everything you need - you could happily hide away above Lake Owasco and enjoy the Fall leaves and lake view, even if it is too cold to swim!

Beautiful log home!

Beautiful house! Private location surrounded by woods. There was a huge wrap around porch with a lot of lawn furniture. The lake was breathtaking! Quiet and peaceful. Just the right amount of lake access! Paddle boards and a kayak were available to use! We had enough room to dock our pontoon boat that we rented! We fished and swam right of the dock! Downstairs we played pool and ping pong .This was truly a beautiful perfect vacation place!

Well-stocked Cabin

We headed upstate for a few days to celebrate the New Year and my MIL's birthday. Kitchen was very well stocked - we managed to cook a very good dinner from scratch one night! The basement had games to play and the lake is beautiful (rock beaches, so wear actual shoes). Checking in was super easy. Good grocery stores in Auburn. My only complaint is that there were other nearby properties, but we were the only ones there so we didn't have to worry about it. A great long weekend, overall!

BEAUTIFUL LAKE RENTAL

Beautiful property inside and out. The home was clean, stocked better than any rental we have been in, and we rent frequently and had dozens of board games and options for the kids when they needed a break from lake life. The walk to the dock is beautiful thanks to the neighbors gorgeous flowers and everyone was friendly. The only thing to note was there are not televisions in any bedroom. To our family that wasn't a negative. Overall will look to book the property again or refer it to our family and friends.
