We had a great overall stay and really appreciated how helpful and responsive the host was. Especially as we worked through a same-day check-in issue on VRBO’s side. They were quick to respond and even checked in after our late-night arrival, which we truly appreciated.The unit itself was clean, elegantly decorated, and had a cozy, calm, homey feel. There were also several thoughtful touches that made a great first impression, like extra pillows and blankets, along with a well-stocked coffee station with K-cups.A few things future guests may want to be aware of:-The parking garage has a 7-foot height limit. We had to remove the roof rack from our Tahoe to fit, so that’s helpful to know in advance.-The key fob lockboxes were difficult to read, and there were multiple boxes with very little distinction between them. We were fortunate to choose the correct one.-Only one key fob was available, which made it a bit challenging for our group since building access requires it at all times.Overall, a lovely place to stay with a very attentive host. Just a few logistical details to keep in mind when planning your visit.
