We had a great weekend at this property in the Sweet Auburn neighborhood! The place was super clean, modern décor throughout, and plenty of space for the family. We had my 10-month-old and 8-year- old with us and had all necessities there provided (e.g., pack-n-play, high chair). It felt really comfortable and welcoming. The host was easy to reach and great with communication. Please consider alternate parking if bringing multiple vehicles. The double car garage fit our Tahoe; however, we ended up parking the other vehicle at a nearby garage for added space and protection. This should be considered if bringing a large SUV or truck. Street parking is available but as with any big city it’s not guaranteed. Perfect spot for a family stay—we’d definitely can’t wait to visit again!

The property was exactly like the pictures in the listing. Updated and nicely decorated. There is a lot of stairs so keep that in mind when booking. Nice size property for a large family. Some of the wording on the check-in message could be reworked. We got confused but figured it out. The property was nice but i felt like it wasn't prepared for our visit. Meaning we had to look for towels and figure out which closet it was end. We had to search for extra toilet paper because the rolls were almost empty when we checked in. There was no trash can in the master bathroom. Small things that really caught my attention.

Girls Trip

The unit was in a convenient location to surrounding Atlanta area, although many cab drivers had trouble finding area. The MLK historical park area and center are magnificent and across the street. The unit looks new but could use a paint job as some of the walls do not look so clean. The upstairs Queen bedroom/ bath needs towel rack/ hooks. The roof top view is amazing and the next door neighbor was very friendly.

Our 3-generation party of 5 had a wonderful stay here. The location is walking distance to MLK's house where he was born and his former church. Easy driving distance to Aquarium, Zoo, and Jimmy Carter Presidential Library. Townhouse was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.

Nice but poor experience with a bedroom cleanliness

We chose to rent this place because it had a bathroom in every room, which was convenient for our needs of sleeping and showering after a long day of work. Unfortunately, my bedroom on the second floor was extremely dirty. The toilet was unclean and I sent pictures of the issue to the host. Moreover, the sheets and pillowcases were already used and had a bad smell. The communication with the host was poor, and when I informed him about the problem, his response was unhelpful. He simply said, "If you have any reserves regarding the cleanliness of the sheets, there are more clean sheets in the closet next to the bedroom to settle your nerves. " Although he may not be responsible for cleaning the place himself, he should still ensure that it is clean and tidy. At the very least, an apology for the issue would have been appreciated.

Spacious and convenient

Perfect Atlanta Stay

This new townhome was absolutely perfect for our families stay over Easter weekend in Atlanta while visiting our son at Georgia Tech. The location is minutes to anything you need and everywhere you’d plan to visit! The cleanliness was superb, the beds super comfortable and the home has everything you need for your stay. We cooked Easter dinner at the home and the kitchen has exactly what is needed to make things simple just like your home. The *best* standout feature of this place is the rooftop patio! Views for days of the city and sunsets- outdoor furniture for a crowd and a giant tv to make watching sports or movies the perfect location. Safety was never a concern- an attached garage to park the car in, super walkable and interesting neighborhood with lots of food and entertainment choices! Highly recommend a booking with Anthony- he was a perfect communicator and made sure we had everything we needed and no issues during our stay!

Beautiful townhome in a central location to downtown Atlanta. It is wonderful to have a private garage, a spacious kitchen and a comfortable living room to gather. The home has sleek, modern furnishings with smart TV’s and private bathrooms in all bedrooms. The city views from the rooftop are astonishing. The host is very attentive and responsive to your needs. Right where you need to be

This location was beautiful. It was pretty much 10 minutes from everywhere in the city so no real reason to drive, I would Uber . The view of the city from the roof was amazing. Also the entire property smelled amazing right when you open the door. The property felt very homely. Mr. Anthony was very accommodating and prompt with communication. I will definitely be back!!!!
