Welcome to your modern Old Fourth Ward getaway — a four-story, 2,400 sq. ft. townhome designed for groups who want space, comfort and a central Atlanta location.

Located just steps from the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park and minutes from the Atlanta BeltLine, Krog Street Market, Downtown and some of Atlanta's most popular neighborhoods and attractions.

The home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 queen-size air mattresses, comfortably accommodating groups of up to 10 guests.

The house was perfect for our family. It was really nice to walk through the historic Auburn Street district and see MLK’s birthplace. The Krog street shops and restaurants that are only a half mile walk was a wonderful surprise. Overall great stay!

We loved the location. Walked to the Thumbs Up Diner everyday, enjoyed every minute! Nice coffee shops nearby. Groceries at the Chevron station steps away. We did a lot of walking from the venue, but it was also asy for Uber pickups. Didn't bring a car but ample garage parking at the site. Nice view of downtown and surrounds from the rooftop space. Our 3-generation party of 5 had a wonderful stay here. The location is walking distance to MLK's house where he was born and his former church. Easy driving distance to Aquarium, Zoo, and Jimmy Carter Presidential Library. Townhouse was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.
