2019 Updated Family Home on Quiet Cobb County Cul-de-Sac. This is a fully furnished, single family home all on one level. Easy entry, 52’ deck faces leafy woods and creek.

Enjoy a spacious family room with 55" TCL-Roku streaming television, paired with Bose CD/DVD sound system and high speed internet.

Our kitchen is fully furnished and newly refurbished. New stainless appliances include gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We have newly installed granite countertops with stainless double sinks and pull-down sprayer-faucet. Brand new cabinetry offers lots of storage in addition to a pantry. We are stocked with cooking basics, oils, sugar, salt and pepper with enough dishes, utensils, glasses and stemware to seat at least six.

Bedrooms have new in 2020 memory foam mattresses, with sheets and towels aplenty.

Washer and dryer are in a laundry room, along with detergent, iron and ironing board.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms.
