Large average home 2 story home in PA. Walking distance to hospital. Downtown Athens. Large deck and summer pool w large double deck. Laundry room w tanning bed & Toilet. Vanity is not hooked up yet as room is not finished. Large shared kitchen, microwave, refrigerator w ice /crushed/cubed. Keurig, Alexa. Large living room and eat in dining room. Room is approximately 12 x 14 w closet. TV is firestick with apps. Fiber optics high speed internet. AC during summer months. Off street parking. Quiet other than when the 2 dogs rough house a few times a day. I also at different times of the year breed exotic Sphynx (hairless cats) which have their own 3 designated & designed rooms. Due to allergies, mostly wood and tile. 2k in air purifiers. Hot water baseboard & water softener. Any questions, plz ask.
