Newly built property, Nice neighborhood. Need to be cleaned a little better. Table was dirty, There was an iron but no iron board on property. Windows downstairs was unlocked except for one window. Bottom drawer on the kitchen island with walmart bags does not close all the way. But overall it was nice.

The house was clean, however not as spacious as advertised. We had 7 adults planning to stay after the UGA game and adults are not going to stay in a bunk bed or double up in a full. It was VERY expensive for the beds you had. The management team sent several messages asking to remove our shoes, rinse dishes befor dishwasher etc. however, did not accommodate dropping bags 2 hours early due to flight schedule. We would have saved money as well as had more accommodations staying in 3 rooms ar a hotel.

We really like this property!! It was very nice and well appointed. It is obviously a new property. The only issue I would say is that the street is a little bit muddy because there is construction of new homes are still continuing. Would definitely stay there again!!!
