East West Asheville

The perfect location. Barbershop downstairs and Owl Bakery 5 steps away. So many great spots to go. Condo is exactly as advertised and clean.

Sweet condo

Our stay in West Asheville was excellent! The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean upon arrival and in a great location; spacious, beautifully appointed and quiet. We loved that we could walk to restaurants, breweries, shopping and the River Arts District. We were on the move for 14 days straight between hiking and exploring...the location turned out to be perfect. Would highly recommend!

Clean, quiet and centrally located.

We enjoyed the property, despite the proximity to the street, the bedroom is located at the back with no noise level. Great access to the arts district and downtown Asheville. There is also a nice park on the river front close by.

Spacious, modern condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. Two days were just my boyfriend and I, and then my mom, cousin and 1 year old joined the next two. We all agreed we didn't feel cramped even when we were all there. The master is huge and the ceilings are high. The pull out was super comfortable, the king size bed was amazing. Walking distance to tons in West Asheville. My only suggestion would be to provide coffee for the coffee maker!

Pristine, modern, and a great location.

Tons of space (the bedroom is gigantic) and practically brand new so everything is super clean and like brand new. The bulk of West Asheville shops/bars/restaurants are within a 1/2 mile to 1 mile walk, which we thought was great. Riverwalk area is about the same distance in the other direction, so you have both within a 20-ish minute walk (we actually walked to Downtown as well, although to be fair we had nothing but time and like walking). Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay!

This place is well located with lots of space. Loved the kitchen and common areas, bed was comfortable and appliances very nice. Overall we loved it, unfortunately I hurt my foot so I struggled walking up the steep stairs so def an inconvenience for elders to stay. Also the heater unit is a bit loud when sleeping but wasn’t too bad. Overall nice and well located place, every detail was accounted for.

This apartment is in what seems to be a sort of hipster neighborhood. Great restaurants, etc nearby

Super communication, property is spacious and clean and the kitchen had all of the basics. We had a great stay!

Perfect Downtown Apartment

My husband and I rented this West Asheville property and it was perfect. It was exactly as it was described - Spacious Chic Retreat: Walk to Dining, Shops, Music, Entertainment & Culture. There are a few restaurants in the area and breweries. Definitely would rent again.

Great spot!

My husband and I were visiting Asheville for an anniversary get away. We loved the being able to walk to some of our favorite restaurants. It was clean and comfy. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well equipped for cooking, had we chosen to. Our only complaint was trouble connecting to WiFi network provided in the ports but we ended up being able to through the turnkey free WiFi. Not a huge deal. I’d recommend this rental for a weekend or longer!
