We enjoyed our stay at this cute home! Perfect for a fun family vacation. Nice covered back deck for morning coffee and late night chats. Plenty of space and great location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome experience

The property was very clean, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and plenty fun lakeside restaurants nearby. The large open space just off the deck was great for yard games, with the pool nearby.

Family Vacation

Everything was great! Very nice place, only complaints…the grill was very dirty and one chair was broken on the patio. But the place was stocked very well with everything we needed! Loved the pool and fishing ponds! It would be nice to get wristbands for all guests and not just 6, since our house slept 12, we did have 8 people.

Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren

The house was a nice size and location was great (close to Bridges Bay Resort). We were disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the house. I did contact the owner to let her know about a couple of things that were damaged when we arrived.

Great location / very nice house

I arrived while cleaner was still there… 4:00 but that was ok. I was discouraged for the second time renting this house that not only was the grille dirty but oven was filthy. It’s a self cleaner…?? The property host was awesome got back to me in a timely fashion👍. Had issues with Roku tv .. and unfortunately due to weather we were inside more than other times.. agree. Just regular cable would’ve been so much easier. Had a nice stay but initially it was listed as a 5 bedrooms in one website but when I noticed on final payment it said 4 .. did discuss with property person. She agreed it was a mistake but could t change it since all units were filled. These people nuts are very pricy compared to 3 and 4 years ago ..

Sibling Getaway

Location was good. Front door lock had a bit of an attitude, but garage was more convenient anyway. Set-up of the house worked great. Had a wonderful experience.

Great location and big house

This is the second d year we stayed at this location! We had a good time and fit our needs of 8 little ones and 3 adults. It’s a nice house with a basement ( good for young kids) . Just a little chilly in basement. Very nice overall.

The house was clean and had plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. We have stayed here two summers in a row and have enjoyed the house each time!

Enjoyed Our Stay!

Great location for the family wedding we were attending at Waterfront Event Center(close to many restaurants and bars too!). Worked out well for grandparents to stay in the upstairs master (bonus for the walk in shower) and the younger crew to be downstairs with the nice hang out area. We enjoyed the small neighborhood pool and the Waterpark pool (pool passes were great and so was the park's swim up bar for the 21 and over crowd). Property manager Bridget responded quickly to my questions including bringing a few more knives on a Saturday! Things that I would want other travelers to note: dressers or luggage holders in the downstairs bedrooms would have helped us feel more organized - and if you are planning on cooking, bring your own knives. It is a nice clean, quiet, family friendly location.

Great family Option

The house in the layout was a great option for our family of 12. Two pools nearby and the resort helped to mix up the activities during the week. Restaurants, golf in Arnolds Park are very close by. Are looking at coming back next year!

Family vacation

We had a very nice time. Location was good water park was so much fun as we brought the grandkids and kids with. I would definitely recommend this location. My only complaints is that we were only given 3 garbage bags , and no dish soap.. we paid almost 200 for cleaning fees and I don’t feel they did a very good job of cleaning before we got there. Overall the vacation was exactly what hoped it would be!!

Winter games

A group of friends stated here for winter games and it worked great! We all had our own bedrooms and it was close to get on the lake with plenty of parking for our side by sides.

Winter getaway

I found this property was as described and was in good repair. The previous night's snowfall was cleared from the driveway and sidewalk. Though the home was primarily clean, there were withered grapes at the base of the kitchen faucet and the oven was desperately in need of cleaning. Additionally, there was an inadequate supply of toilet paper. My group appreciated the passes to the water park. Overall, quite enjoyable.
