Our condo was amazing! Clean, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and a great view of the people ice fishing. The weather was chilly of course, but we spent time visiting, playing games and sharing great food. Our host got back to us with an answer to our questions. Highly recommend the site

We really enjoyed having the water park. The condo was perfect for our family Christmas. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Loved it!

Very nice condo with plenty of room. Lots of dishes to use, the children really enjoyed the water park and it was very close to Arnold’s Park amusement area. The only complaints we had…we wish the housekeepers would have swept all the floors (pantry, under the end tables) and the deck which was really nasty. Also, the grill needs a good cleaning.

We had a great time! Very clean and comfortable stay. My only recommendation would be when you give the code you let them know they must use the #1st in order to get in. It took us a while to figure out why we couldn’t get the code to work. Everything else was great! Hoping to stay in this unit again next year!

Fabulous Place

We loved this place. It had everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable, the layout was great and loved the decor. The balcony/deck is a great size. We had 8 adults and we could all sit around the table to the fire pit. Would highly recommend this place!

A great place to stay!

Family spent the weekend together making memories and watching football. Ages ranging 80-63! Perfect with the codes to get in, the elevator etc. very clean and a must stay here if you get the chance!

Great family get away

We love going to Okoboji every summer. This place had it all for our larger family to stay together in one place. It was a great location and the pool was extremely convenient for the kids. We made all our meals on the grill or in the nice sized kitchen.

Lovely condo with a water view

This condo was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. It never felt crowded, and having 2.5 bathrooms is so important! Timely/clear communication from the owner. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with most essentials and plenty of silver service (which is often lacking in many condos). One suggestion might be to provide a larger stainless steel stockpot for chili and soups? The only other suggestion is to have the deck cleaned and ready prior to guest arrival. We spent some time sweeping and cleaning cushions, etc. but not a dealbreaker at all! We look forward to another vacation there! Thank you!

Perfect family get away

This is a 5+ star property. The condo is new and in a quiet location with beautiful lake views. Our grandchildren loved the water park on the property as well as the quick drive to Arnold’s park. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. The owner responded quickly to our questions. Our entire family agreed it made for a perfect vacation. We won’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and we plan to make many return visits.
