Walk to Metro Modern Luxury 2,300 sq ft 3bd/3ba + Gym + Guest Suite

This is the guest suite in the lower level of our home. Newly renovated, brand new full kitchen, gas fireplace, spacious shower, Tempur Pedic bed, luxurious linens, and washer/dryer. Walk to DC metro line, restaurants, shops. Free convenient parking. Only one stoplight to DC. Families welcome! We look forward to hearing from you and hope to host you and your family on your next visit to DC!

We're big believers in the rule of no surprises. So here's some stuff you should know before booking our home:

HOUSE RULES (please read carefully)

No smoking, no vaping, no drugs: Not allowed anywhere on the property, including outside.

No animals of any kind for any reason: No exceptions.

No shoes: Please place shoes by bench

While we welcome families, please note that our home is not childproofed and proper supervision will be needed.

Wonderful place to stay.

Our house was being renovated and our adult children all have small condos so we rented this basement apartment to have Thanksgiving dinner with our family. Only three of us stayed at the house but eight of us were there for dinner. Claire put an extra table and chairs in the apartment for us and actually bought more plates cups silverware Etc so we would have enough for 8 people. She also gave us a high chair for my granddaughter to use and brought a toy down for her to play with. Very flexible on check-in and check-out times. House was spotlessly clean and family was very friendly. I highly recommend this rental.

Great for a weekend getaway

The property was super clean and had some great little touches (chocolates on the bed, coffee in the cabinet, snacks in the table). Claire was super accommodating on timing of check in. We Ubered basically every where with ease.

Had a great stay. Loved all the extra touches, especially the fireplace. While it’s only a short walk to the metro, I drove here and the free parking was convenient, especially as it’s only one stoplight to DC. Will be definitely be back!
