The rooms are very good for what you pay, but it could be less due to high crime area and homelessness, its not a safe area.

Very good for the price, Right on the beach, has a kitchen, Ocean view. Very easy check-in check-out. 1 -1/2 Block from Publix supermarket. 30 minutes from Miami International Airport. Will come again.

INCREDIBLE! The front desk girls are amazing. They were so friendly and held our luggage while we went and explored. They even let us hang out by the pool until our room was ready. Our room was on the 43rd floor and it was so clean and perfect. We loved everything about this hotel. We can’t wait to be back for Ultra Miami 2026. It’s in super close proximity to anything you would want. Only a 7 min walk to the Ultra festival. This hotel is perfect!

Getting chairs at the pool was a mess. They valve the day pool resort pass guest over those staying over nights. Added our name to the pool chair wait list and had to wait hours for a chair around the pool.
