Absolutely beautiful place with great food and gorgeous beaches and pools. Staff was great but the online check-in was absolutely horrible and took over 30 minutes to do for only my wife and I. We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application.

A castle with pools and a beach. Mix of old and new. Good for a 3 star resort. You get what you pay for. Average food and drinks. Entertainment ends at 10pm. No wifi in rooms therefore, no netflix on the tv. So hanging out in your room after the fun can be boring. Taxi is available to and from Fortaleza Airport.

Horrível

Esse resort deveria ser interditado pela vigilância sanitária. Tudo muito sujo, principalmente no restaurante que tinha uma barata no chão e, após 5 dias ainda estava lá. A limpeza das mesas era sempre passar uma flanela usada para tirar o “grosso “ sem sequer usar álcool, estavam sempre gordurosas. Várias vezes pegamos pratos sujos. O cheiro ao redor do restaurante também não é dos melhores. A comida varia pouco, sempre com mesmos temperos e muita gordura. Quarto horrível, camas muito ruins, parecia que estava dormindo numa concha, rapidamente ficamos com dor nas costas. Um lugar que vamos pra descansar acabamos ficando mais cansados ainda. Ar condicionado pior impossível, do tipo antigo , muito, muito sujo e barulhento. Se vc tem alergia, esquece. Há muitos mosquitos, uma nuvem. O repelente que eles fornecem não faz nem cócegas. O resort não dá nenhum suporte à praia, nem um mísero guarda-sol. Praia não é adequado para banho, pois tem muitas pedras. Enfim, não recomendo pra ninguém, fuja.

É uma estadia Justa

Era uma estadia justa, faltavam informações sobre qual restaurante serviria refeições naquele dia, pois nem todos os dias tem refeições em todos os restaurantes. E o almoço só é servido às 13horas. Parecem que os funcionários estavam todos exaustos, mas mesmo assim fui muito bem atendida pelo Sr. Aurélio (que trabalhou em 20 lugares diferentes, e a tia Sol da recreação infantil.

Bom, mas precisa melhorar alguns aspectos.

Tivemos uma péssima experiencia ao fazer o checkin, chegamos num dia que estava completamente cheio e a equipe não estava conseguindo dar fluidez ao processo. Foi estressante, e fazer o processo online não garante que vai ser rápido, apenas menos lento. Achei confuso a troca de restaurantes, o almoço e o jantar nem sempre são no mesmo local, se você não perguntar só fica sabendo na hora que chegou ao local fechado. Fora essas questões, no geral, a nossa estadia foi boa.

Precisa melhorar

Poderia ter sido melhor, uma confusão pra pegar uma cerveja, servida em garrafas, tinha que esperar a pessoa que preparava os drinks pra servir a cerveja, ou o refri zero, no último dia melhoraram isso depois eu reclamei. Repetem muito o cardápio, Ponto positivo ter missa para os hóspedes, e espaço bom pra crianças
