Hotel super aconchegante, com linda decoração e espaços novos e super limpos. O quarto é maravilhoso e estava tudo funcionando muito bem. Gostaria de destacar a atenção, educação e simpatia de todo o staff, desde a recepção até os garçons e barman. Café da manhã com ótimas opções e bem gostoso! Ponto negativo apenas em relação ao restaurante. O cardápio poderia ter mais opções de sanduiches e opções geladas (açai, sorvete etc). A equipe de cozinha é super desorganizada infelizmente, os pedidos atrasam demais, saem desordenados e é possivel ouvir os funcionários gritando de dentro do salão. Se resolver isso, vai ser nota 10!

Comodidades muito boas, staff cordial, boa localização porem sem serviço de praia. O único ponto a melhorar é o serviço do restaurante, que precisa de um gerente supervisor. Tempos de espera muito longos (exemplo 30min para servir 1 vinho, 60min por um prato), atendentes desorganizados, claramente sem divisão de tarefas e com algumas situações bizarras, tipo todos passam por uma mesa vazia com pratos sujos mas ninguém recolhe, muitas vezes todos somem para a cozinha ficando o salão vazio; vários atendentes fazem a mesma pergunta aos clientes, porem não resolvem. Enfim.. nada que não se resolva com uma gestão mais profissional mas precisam se atentar a este tema.
