We had a family reunion at Jangadeiro and we stay for 2 nights it was a blast! In Jangadeiro they have lounges for the adults and waterpark for kids. The view of the ocean is great!

The experience was good, but they could improve in two items: 1 - The bathroom that serves the area outside the restaurant is next to the area that serves breakfast and that is not good. 2 - During a medical event that was scheduled, the bar service was closed with the event still in progress, which was a reprehensible attitude. ------------------------------------------------ A experiência foi boa, mas poderiam melhorar em dois itens: 1 - O banheiro que atende à área externa do resturante fica junto da área que serve o café da manhã e isso não é bom. 2 - Durante um evento de médicos que estava agendado, o serviço de bar foi encerrado ainda com o evento em andamento, o que foi uma atitude reprovável.

Essa foi a 3ª vez nossa no hotel e dessa vez me surpreendeu negativamente, o hotel como todo esta precisando de manutenção. Além disso houve uma ocorrência super desagradável feita pelo próprio dono do hotel. Estávamos numa turma ocupando 6 quartos e durando uma programação na praia, juntamos apenas 2 meses para todos e ainda assim o Sr Junior veio e pediu pra que ficássemos em apenas uma mesa, pois na cabeça dele todas as mesas seriam utilizadas. No final, nenhuma mesa foi ocupado a nao ser a nossa. Enfim, a programação ainda continua mto legal.

Vamos começar primeiro com a recepção, assim que chegamos tive que chamar a recepcionista que já tinha nos visto. O banheiro do nosso quarto tinha pelos pubianos e as paredes do box não estava higienizada, a tv não pegou mudamos de quarto porém o banheiro tinha papel higiênico no chão e ainda tinha uma porta para o quarto ao lado onde tirava a privacidade de ambos os quartos, nos mudamos novamente para outro quarto e conseguimos dormir. No dia seguinte do café da manhã, as pessoas que servem não informam o cardápio a parte do buffet , e quando vi ao lado maçã estava comendo tapioca, na minha opinião a equipe precisa de um treinamento e a governanta para precisa instruir a equipe de limpeza. Olha que o hotel bem lotado estava.
