The hotel was clean and staff friendly however the restaurant was closed and for over 24 hours of our 2 day stay there was absolutely no hot water. This was very inconvenient and made it impossible to relax knowing we could not even take a warm shower. We were initially told the hot water would be functioning as soon as possible but it still wasn’t working at the time of check out. Additionally, our room was extremely loud, being located on 2nd floor next to all of the Mechanical units.

The place to stay in Annapolis

I’ve stayed here on two separate occasions, and it’s been great both times. Rooms are nice and clean, and the location is ideal for exploring Annapolis.

The hotel was perfect however the restaurant is under renovation. I am handicapped & had to walk over to the nearest restaurant (choptank) which was very uncommon for me.

Three problems with the room: it is located next to a loud building engine, perhaps part of the HVAC, and it is so loud that it is hard to sleep at night; the heat/ac vent is right over the bed, so you are either too cold or hot; the shower has such low water pressure it is hard to wash. The room is very clean but other factors make it a very uncomfortable stay.
