If you're looking for the necessities to get on the north side of the island, this was a very affordable option and nice two bedroom apartment style condo. Steps from the heated pool and just 2.5 blocks from the Gulf. Lovely location. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've slept in.Things to know: no laundry, and no chairs or anything you can take to the beach. Host was responsive. Enjoyed the stay.

Very clean and excellent area. Good response from host. Only thing I would suggest is to tape down the corner of the carpet under the coffee table. The corner closest to the fridge. Tripped on it several times until I put something on it to remind us it was sticking up.

Cute and well maintained. Couch doesn’t pull out so not sure how they get that it sleeps 6 but 4 fit comfortably. We were a family of 5, brought an air mattress because I thought to ask about the couch so it was fine. Great location, that’s the highlight of this property.

I HAD TO SLEEP IN MY CAR!!!

They didn't provide me with a door code to even get into the place. So I ended having to sleep in my car for the first night. I was told that management would reach out to me the following Monday but they didn't even try to make anything right. So I had to call them and then they tried to refund me $150 which is less than half what I ended up paying per night. They also wanted me to sign an agreement stating I wouldn't leave a bad review about what happened to me and my wife. You would think that they would refund me for the entire day since they didn't give me a door code to get into the place until after 1am. Also there is no Wi-Fi there either. There is a router to connect to but it doesn't do any good because there is no internet which is important considering you will NOT get signal there. The management of this property is absolutely terrible and I recommend going somewhere else if you want to do you and your family favor there is many other properties to pick from on Anna Maria Island.

Fantastic

As a family of five I was worried it might feel small, but it was even bigger than it seemed in pictures! The sectional was great and we could all share at one time. Such a quiet spot with comfortable beds. The location can’t be beat. This is a must book , especially since it is such a great price! We will definitely be back!

Great!

Read a lot of reviews about the check in process being a challenge, but it wasn’t at all! They must have fixed whatever it was. We had everything we needed and communication was great when we had questions. Shops and restaurants are a little spread out on AMI so idk if there’s a perfect location on the island no matter where you stay, but it was a nice, fairly short walk to the beach.

Beautiful Beach Town

We truly loved our stay in Anna Maria Island. The property was clean and spacious. It had all the basics. We loved this part of AMI. It’s more private yet still close to the beach access areas and piers. It was a 1/2 mile walk to the beach (about 15 minutes) so keep that in mind when renting to ensure your party can handle the walk with all the beach gear in tow. We recommend a buggy/cart. We will definitely be back to visit! Thank you!

It was perfect for what we needed it for. We were in town for a wedding. It was cute and cozy. The only issue I had was the bed. It makes alot of noise even if you weren't doing anything exciting on it. Very loud and not comfortable. It may be time for an upgrade. I was happy our kids were not with us.

A little outdated but cozy

Anna Maria Island is amazing and the location was great. Right near Rod and Reel and quick access to both the bay and gulf side beaches. The place was a little dirty when we arrived (some hair in the bathroom) which was disappointing. The property is clearly outdated and could do with some upgrades but was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool while we were there. One thing I wish we had been warned about was the sprinkler system - it uses gray water so I wish I had known when they were scheduled to turn on so I could have moved our bikes and bike trailer, which got soaked.

Quaint and great location

Perfect location , walkable to Bean Point and Rod n Reel Pier. Loved having a laundry room and supplied towels so we didn't have to pack a lot. Pool was cleaned daily, has an outdoor shower and pool toys kids loved, a plus having it right outside our door. Only recommendation is to consider updating mattresses and have an outdoor outlet for golf cart charging, otherwise we can't complain!
