Check in was easy and the apt clean. It would be nice to have 4 chairs for eating and a few more dishes and silverware so we didn’t have to wash dishes after every meal.

Great location and apartment building

Very clean and wonderful location. Check in process was easy. Really nice 7th floor lounge/roof top patio and pool table. The only minor thing was the hall light switch wasn't working, which meant the hall light was on the entire time, but that wasn't a big problem. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

Just what we needed and wanted

The property was very nice. It was exactly as advertised. It was clean. It was well stocked with the necessities and we even had laundry in unit, which was so nice. It was located within walking distance of so many of the places we wanted to see, including the University of Michigan campus. The parking garage was very nice and the parking pass worked without an glitches. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to visit Ann Arbor and would like to stay in an upscale and comfortable property. If and when we come back, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Good location, clean and quiet

Nice property that was spacious, clean and quiet. We wished there were recycling bins in the condo for our empties. Appliances were loud, but we were happy to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Easy check in and check out. Would stay again if in Ann Arbor in the future.

Just the Perfect Spot

Four ladies getting ready for the AA/Dexter Half Marathon and this accomodation could not have fit the bill any better! The location was blocks from EVERYTHING and it was perfectly situated for us to relax and prepare for race. Clean and tidy. We did struggle a bit determing the check in process through the app and online. But we got it done and hope to be there next year for the same race.

The location is wonderful.. walkable to many fun restaurants.. the drawback is its loud.. especially the trash truck at 5 am .. couple of days we did not have hot water, only warm.

Perfect stay

This condo was perfect for our stay in Ann Arbor for a few days. It was super clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet! Highly recommend if you want a quiet spot after a long day.

Nice stay in Ann Arbor

It was great location to food/beverage. The apartment was clean and fairly well equipped. It was great to have on-site parking! Check-out time was very early and couldn't request late checkout when booking. Plus late check-out was additional cost which seemed out of the ordinary with such an early check-out time.

Reunited after 25 years

Perfect setup and location to reunite with college roommates after 25 long years apart!! The condos were comfortable and well appointed. They were located close to downtown shops/restaurants and only 1 mile from the stadium. It set the stage for a memorable weekend.
