This property is overall not in great shape. Understaffed on one of the busiest weekends. Front desk staffed by the most rude person ever. Tried to make a change for my reservation before check-in, within the allowed timeframe but was repeatedly put on hold, call was dropped, was promised a call back that never happened. Manager at front desk unfriendly, not knowledgeable and plain rude throughout the stay. Ended up leaving early (which I tried to change before check-in), no refund, paid for theee rooms and two nights extra. Never again!

Last night, my husband and I were ready to relax and watch a movie on Netflix. But the hotel doesn't carry Netflix. We would have had to log into our own account. Well, I don't take my passwords on vacation with me. The room was not cheap. But it seems short-sighted and cheap of the hotel to not offer an easy-to-find movie channel. come on ....

The female manager was very nice. It is odd the hotel does not offer bottled water in their rooms nor does it sell regular bottled water. I confirmed this with a front desk gentlemen. I had seen the female manager give a guest two bottled waters. I inquired the next night as they only had carbonated water in the marketplace to sell. The gentlemen told me they did not have any bottled water to sell or give. I will stay at this hotel again as overall it is very nice and a good price for what you get.

It was a game weekend and demand increases rates but it was so hard to pay the rate we did for a tired, smelly room. Pretty sure ours used to be a smoking room and the mold and staining in the shower was scary, as well as the broken door stop hanging on by exposed screws. Check in guy was really nice though - so there's that.
