Nestled into Howell Mountain, Our Provence-inspired property is moments away from some of Napa's most intimate and exclusive tasting rooms and vineyards. While still a ten-minute drive to Sainte Helena and Calistoga, Levinaia Reserve is the perfect Chateau to experience the Napa region like a local. So start planning your getaway today, and let us share all of our favorite best-kept secrets with you.
Our home is situated in the Howell Mountains, so no smoking, or outside fires and please be mindful of the safety rules and regulations.
-No outside noise past 8:30 PM and have to be respectful to the environment, neighbors and wildlife. We do have noise monitoring sensors in place to insure this rule is upheld as we are a part of the peaceful community! Quiet hours are 8:00 PM to 8 AM on all days.
-We enjoy a smoke-free environment; there is zero tolerance policy smoking inside the home or on the property within the Santa Monica Mountains!
-Please use care while being in our home. If kitchen dishes or supplies are used please clean and return back to their place.
-No extra house guests permitted to stay the night unless noted at time of reservation. Only registered guests can be on the property at all times unless communicated prior to arrival. It will result in additional fees if failure to notify us ahead of time.
-Clear communication is appreciated. If there's something you need please ask and we'll do our best to accommodate.
