Very clean home, beautiful views of the river! Even better than we anticipated, love that the layout was so spacious and nice. Easy to use , fulfilled all our stay needs. Communication was great, quick and easy to chat.

Communication was great. Any question or concerns we had were answered right away. The view of the river was amazing. Made for a very relaxing stay.

Wonderful location on the river and very good accommodations. The host was very responsive and most helpful.If you plan on booking, take note that the unit has the funkiest thermostat where you gently slide your finger up/down along the right side to adjust the temp. Tap once and slide to change the mode.

Beautiful view, very spacious

It was the view that sold us. Having our morning breakfast looking over the river was perfect. The kids had plenty of space to run around in. The balcony was gated so no worries about the kids going down to the river. Would stay again!

The house provided a location on the river that had a beautiful view from the home. An easy walk down the back stairs to the dock provided an opportunity to make some casts to the beautiful Rainbow Trout rising in the river. The inside of the home had been remodeled and was very clean. The three bedrooms and pullout couches provided plenty of sleeping space.

overall, it was a good stay the view was great and the property manager Christie was very helpful! however, the 2 bathroom sinks were not working properly( faucet seemed clogged so water weren’t coming out) the cushions on the chairs outside were very dirty/stained. nice house but needs attention/and maintenance.

Sacramento River Amazing View

We enjoyed our river stay. The views from entire back of the house and deck were amazing. There was an incredible storm during our stay. The water levels were at flood stages but we were well above the riverbanks and were able to avoid the flooding. We sat and storm watched and enjoyed the peacful home. highfrom the waterbank to avoid flooding.

Solid experience

Great view from the top balcony! And well maintained inside. Lots of spiders and flying critters in summer nights . Overall a good experience. I would go back but ask they cobb and clean the entries before arrival.

Riverside Gem

The is spacious house on the river with a great view of the snow capped mountains to the right. Interesting master with the sink and walk-in sunken show and vanity all in the room with no separation and toilet room. Other than that the house and host were great.

We booked months in advance and were told the boat dock could accommodate a 16-foot boat no problem. Upon arrival we were so disappointed that the dock was in such bad shape it was not safe for a person to stand on let alone a boat, the dock was completely rotted. Secondly, it was a hot weekend, and I should have known instantly that something was wrong when the host had the maids turn on all the ceiling fans before our arrival. The AC was shot and did not function at all with the thermostat reading "Wi-Fi" disconnected. Why someone would buy a Wi Fi dependent thermostat for a rental is beyond me. So, Direct TV goes out and so does your HVAC? Great decision that was. Not only was the HVAC not functioning the intake filters were completely dirty and would not let the unit breath let alone cool the house down. We contacted the host and she said someone would be there to fix it that day between 4-5 pm but nobody ever showed up. Needless to say, the temperature in the house on the 2nd night was 91 degrees at 10pm. After contacting the host several times nothing got done.Backing up to the first day after check-in, my wife took a shower in the master shower/ tub that is recessed into the floor & the drain clogged, there was standing water for 2 days until she finally got a plumber over to snake the drain. On our last morning the irrigation in the front blew out and drenched our boat and truck with fishy smelling river water. Avoid this place at all costs. You have been warned!
