Great quick stop to prepare for cruise

This place is a well-located to visit anchorage museums and zoo with a car. Also a perfect place to restock and prepare for an Alaskan cruise. Just minutes to the airport. Everything we needed was provided. Great stay.

Nice House, Great Location

The house is in a very nice neighborhood, and the house itself is nice. It is split level with the lower half being a half basement. A couple of the beds listed are rollaway style. The house has some nice touches like the hot tub and Frame TV upstairs. The kitchen has the basic utensils and is amazing.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Everything was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs and the coffee pods provided was a nice bonus. Communication, checkin, and check out was very smooth and easy. I would stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay. Great location and the property is spacious, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating & quickly responded to all of my inquiries. Anchorage received 6” of snow during our stay & the hosts made sure the drive was cleared for us the next morning. It was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

A Sufficient Place for Our Needs

Things we liked:-Accuracy of the listing-Location-Hot Tub-Amount of bedsThings we didn't like-The kitchen floor was sticky and not very clean --There is a no glass rule in the hot tub (totally understandable) but there was not an alternative. No plastic cups or something else to use.-Communication was subpar. We reached out several times asking for a later checkout, and we didn't get a response until after checkout time. This was highly annoying because of the house rule of an extra 75 dollars if you stay past checkout time. -Impartially stocked kitchen. There were no sheet pans or bowls for mixing.

Great Stay!!

We had a great stay, and very much enjoyed your home!! It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed! Comfortable beds! The hot tub was amazing. Close to the airport, great location. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood! It just felt good walking into it!!

A little disappointed

Very disappointed in the condition of the carpet, especially the steps as it does not give a good first impression. Wish the windows, especially bedrooms had screens, it is difficult to open them with no screens and the warm weather. The bathrooms need a few hook to hand wet towels. The laundry are was not clean, lots of detergent on the shelf and the floor was a mess on both sides of the units. Wish there were a few more dining chairs and/or stools so that all 8 of us could seat and eat at the same time. Don't mean to be picky but I too have a rental property and would want to know these things for future rentals. Thanks

Quiet neighborhood, close to everything

12 guest ages 69 down to 6 months. The management team responded well to our requests from needing a play pen to need for a room a/c due to an Alaskan heat wave. Large home where we all had space to be out of each others ways.

We had a fantastic stay at this Anchorage house for our business trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after our long days. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. Plus, the location was perfect – convenient to all the places we needed to be. Highly recommend!

This was a very pleasant place to stay. We only stayed for the night to catch the plane in the morning. It has the amenities that you would need. It was wonderful to see toys for the baby and a place for her to have her own bed.

'almost' perfect

The house and the layout were great, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well laid out. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not warm enough to use and a recent power outage must have messed with the wifi and television access. If those issues were resolved it would have been almost perfect!!
