Personel çok iyiydi. Ödediğimiz fiyata göre değerlendirirsem kötü diyemem ama pek nezih bir ortam yoktu. Diğer konukların gürültüleri oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Odadaki malzemeler oldukça yetersiz, parasıyla alabileceğiniz su bile yoktu. Ona karşılık kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Hazırlayan beye çok teşekkür ederiz

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen! Es müsste auf jeden Fall mal saniert werden! Weiterhin gab es ab und zu kein Wasser nicht mal für die Toilette! Warmwasser gab es überhaupt nicht! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich immer entschuldigt. Das einzige das Hotel war an einem schönen Park und das Meer war auch in der Nähe. Leider, zum Frühstück um 8 Uhr war nichts da. Erst gegen 8:30 Uhr war mittelmäßig das frühstücksbuffet fertig. Das Nacht-Personal hat geschlafen so dass jeder rein und raus konnte! Und anstatt morgens, mitzuhelfen das Frühstück hört sich zu bekommen, hat sich das Nacht-Personal im Frühstücksraum hingesetzt ein Tee getrunken und auch noch geraucht! Rauchen im Frühstücksraum geht gar nicht! Das weibliche Personal, war wiederum sehr nett und immer sehr höflich !

Giriş, çıkış saatleri fazlasıyla absürt. 14 te giriş yaptığınız odadan saat 10 da ayrılmanız gerekiyor. İlk günde çarşafımın değişmediğini ve havlularda lekeler gördüm ve resepsiyondan değiştirmelerini talep ettim. Sonrasında değiştirdiler. Ama yeni havluları da içime sinmediği için kullanmadım.Banyo ve tuvalet musluklarını da açıkçası telle cifleyesim geldi. Üzerlerinde katman oluşmuştu. Odanın manzarası gayet güzeldi. Odanın ışıklandırmasındaki led aydınlatma yanıp yanıp sönüyordu. Otel sahilin tam karşısında konum olarak da zorluk çekmedim. Kahvaltılar güzeldi. Çeşit aramıyordum zaten kahvaltıda peynir salatalık domates yumurta tarzında basit kahvaltılardı. Hijyen açısından büyük sorun teşkil etti açıkçası. Diğer sorunlar görmezden gelinebilirdi.

Otel yeni el değiştirmiş. Tam olarak sistem oturmamış. Personel güler yüzlü, cana yakın. Genel Temizlik Çok çok kötü. Ancak personele söylendiği zaman odamız çok güzel temizlendi. Sezon sonu olması nedeniyle bu sıkıntılar olduğu kanaitindeyim. Sezonda muhtemelen daha iyi olur. Canlı müziğin de engeç 1:00 gibi sonlanması gerekli. Bizim beklentimize göre genel olarak fiyatına göre vasat.

Şikayetçiyim!

Sözkonusu otelin durumunun sizin paylaştığınız resimlerle Alakadı yoktu. Geç saatte otele vardığımızda otelde ciddi bir tadilat inşaat olduğunu gördük . Bize odalar temiz dediler ana koridorlar resepsiyon ve odalar toz toprak içindi. Çok yorgun olduğumuz ve saat geç olduğu İçin mecburen odada yattık. Sabah kalktığımızda banyonun leş gibi olduğunu ve sıcak suyun akmadığını gördük. Soğuk duyla yıkandık. Kahvaltı salonu a indiğimizde açık servis masalarının sinek folu olduğunu görünce kahvaltı yapamadık. Yöneticilere bütün şikayetlerimizi ilettiğimizde , bize sadece “ haklısınız” dediler ama ödemeyi de eksiksiz aldılar. Bu otelle olan sözleşmemizi iptal etmeniz gerek. İsterseni çektiğimiz fotoğrafları da gönderebiliriz.
