Visite nuestra hermosa casa con piscina perfectamente configurada para dos familias. Nuestra casa está decorada y decorada por diseñadores con encimeras de granito, baños con azulejos y pisos de madera.

Nuestra casa tiene cuatro habitaciones con 3. 5 baños. Hay dos dormitorios principales de cal-king con hermosos baños en suite. Los baños en suite tienen pisos de baldosas de travertino, encimeras de mármol, gabinetes con paneles personalizados y duchas personalizadas. Las dos habitaciones para niños tienen literas Full over Full y comparten el baño del pasillo. Tres de las cuatro habitaciones tienen alfombras renovadas. En todo el resto de la casa, hay pisos de madera y baldosas.

Bellamente renovada cocina de concepto abierto con comedor. La cocina cuenta con gabinetes con paneles personalizados, hardware actualizado, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable: estufa / horno, refrigerador, microondas y lavavajillas. También hay una lavadora, secadora y medio baño de tamaño completo ubicados justo al lado de la cocina. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas con asientos adicionales en el bar de la cocina y la mesa de la sala familiar.

Relájese en nuestra espectacular piscina y jacuzzi en el patio trasero. Nuestra piscina está rodeada por un patio con cubierta de concreto con mucho espacio para tomar el sol. También hay una barbacoa de gas natural, un juego de comedor en el patio, tumbonas y sillas.

Ubicado fuera del área de la piscina y la terraza, se encuentra la sala de juegos en el garaje. La sala de juegos tiene mesa de ping pong Stiga y 3-1 (billar, air hockey y mesa de ping pong). También hay carriolas, tronas, pack n 'play y asientos elevados para que usen sus bebés y niños pequeños. Queen colchón de aire disponible en el hogar para ropa de cama adicional.

Disney Dream

Family vacation to visit Disneyland and other Southern California attractions. The house was perfect for us with 2 king bedrooms for the adult couples and queen bunks for grandma and kids The pool was beautiful, excellent hot tub, outdoor space and pool table and ping pong! There was a row of strollers, high chair, booster, which we didn’t need but they have thought of everything! Huge washer too. Demand water heater we never ran out! We opted to park at Disneyland but we could have walked. Very comfortable …did I mention the comfortable beds?

Spacious home with beautiful backyard oasis

We stayed here for a few days surrounding a 1-day visit to Disneyland--a surprise for our 5 children (1-11 years old). We ended up leaving Disney early because the kids were so anxious to return to the rental home for more fun in the beautiful backyard and pool. The home was equipped with everything our family needed, including strollers, pack-n-play, every conceivable kitchen utensil and device, laundry detergent, plenty of towels, plenty of bedding, games and toys, and plenty of space. We received ample instructions and regular, timely communications from the property management, making the entire process of reserving, checking in, and checking out easy and seamless.

Nice property

Really enjoyed the spa and pool. The games in the garage were a bonus. Had a few issues in the kitchen but host corrected them in a very timely manner. TV’s did not work but should have reported it sooner to host so they could be corrected quicker.

Not walking distance and hot tub not warm

We were really looking forward to the hot tub but it wasn't warm at all. I asked about how to heat it and was just given a robo reply directing me to the guest book. We read that you would be charged to heat up the pool if you wanted it even just one degree warmer. Also, this location is NOT a reasonable walking distance to Disneyland. So many rules and regulations with limiting the hours you can enjoy the property, threats of fines if you lose a remote control, loud child alarm in all doors that lead to the backyard. Not a welcoming or relaxed vibe.

Nice Clean Home- Very Quiet Neighborhood

The neighborhood is almost eerily quiet- there are several city ordinances about noise. Had some teenagers that we had to be sure they were quiet when outside in the pool. Very close to Disney- backside- maybe a little too far to walk but could if you really wanted. House is nice, a little drafty at the doors. Jacuzzi was nice and hot. Directions did not come with the pass code for the game room asked for it shortly after check-in but did not get it until the 2nd day so did not get to use that much. Should be included with check-in details like the front door code and other guidelines/directions and rules. The TV’s in all the rooms was nice and the large sectional in the living room was nice to hang out. As others said there are a lot of rules posted throughout the house but I get it- they want the house left in good condition and reduce risk of damages and costs to guests. All in all I can highly recommend this location as long as your group is a quiet group and ok with the rules.

Loved it!

Everything was great. Lots of space, amazing pool, quiet! Beds were comfortable and it felt very clean. My whole family loved it. Easy walk to Disney and food, quick drive to beach and hikes. Will definitely stay again!

Family Disney Vacay

We stayed here for an adult family Disney vacation - the home is very clean and was perfect for our needs. Although technically within walking distance by going through Downtown Disney, it’s about a 25 min walk to the front gates (1.3 miles). However, we never waited more than 10 min for an uber in either direction, and with a party of 6 the average cost was 12-15 each way - which is still cheaper than day-long parking. Would stay there again - great house!

Enjoyed our stay

We had a nice stay at the property. We enjoyed the pool and being close to Disney. Responsive property manager. Rules are easy to follow. Door alarm isn't that big of a deal but is located at top of door frame. Would have given it 4.5 if we could. Some things were worn so didn't give a 5.

Great location overall and loved the quiet neighborhood. Open roomy kitchen. Make sure to vacuum the couch.. When we arrived we needed to just sit and catch our breath.. my daughter felt something as she sat on the couch and found there was a toenail on the couch cushions.

Disneyland Visit with Entire Family

My wife and I, our adult children, and teen grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed this home during our 2 day trip to Disneyland. After long days in the park the pool and hot tub were amazing to come home to and relax our tired muscles in. Had a great BBQ the first night and ordered in food the other 2 nights. Beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and Great Room. And we enjoyed pool and ping pong in the garage.

Family vacation

The home was very well kept but there are to many rules and it makes it very difficult to enjoy your vacation. No activities after 10 pm after a long day you just want to relax and my family couldn’t take a swim or relax in the jacuzzi.

This home is a gem!

Beautiful property, very well maintained and spotless! We didn’t have time to use the gourmet kitchen much but it was well stocked! Super simple check in and out procedures with very well communicated information from the hosts. Maybe it was the Disney exhaustion, but those were some extremely comfy beds!! Two master bedrooms in a single story home is a big plus!

Close to Disney

The property is a 20 minute walk to Disney, which was perfect for us. The end of the day walk back felt long, but that was only because we had spent the day walking around Disney. The property is great, could use some paint to give it a face lift. The alarm on the back door to the pool could be quieter, but this is a requirement. All of the amenities were wonderful, lots to do when having downtime.

Too many rules

The house was beautiful and so was the pool, but my family did not care for all of the rules. It felt like we couldn’t relax because we couldn’t be out after 10pm it before 9am. After a long day of sight seeing it wasn’t relaxing that we couldn’t be outside to relax in the pool or jacuzzi. Also the alarm in the doors to go in the bacon were very annoying. Most of my family couldn’t reach the bypass. Even my mother. So she couldn’t relax outside when the family was gone.
