The good news is that this is is centrally located and these apartments work if that is what you’re looking for (a larger place to crash). The downside is that the apartment itself is dated and dingy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear literally everything in the room above below and around you. The appliances are miniature and cannot handle decent loads of laundry or dishes. There is no room service or cleaning facility so you’re basically getting towels and a cleaning kit up front and then you’re on your own. They also don’t have parking on site and recommend you use the public parking structure behind them. Overall - for the price - you’re better off in a hotel for a short stay. I would not stay here again.

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom aparthotel in Amsterdam. The space was very well thought out, with excellent amenities, plenty of room, and everything spotlessly clean. Being so close to Centraal Station was a huge bonus and made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The only downsides were the paper room partitions, which seemed quite fragile and could be easily damaged, and the lack of a smart TV; even providing an HDMI cable would have made it much easier to stream services like Netflix. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic place to stay and I’d highly recommend it.

I checked into the apartment with a group of 5 people total. The apartment is big enough for us, but the couch bed was not as comfortable as the middle one, which was sunk in while the head and back were raised. We stayed for 6 nights total. There was no cleaning during the stay. You have to ask for detergents downstairs to wash your towels every day. Each person gets one for the whole stay. You also have to ask for

Super nice hotel! Staff more than friendly (Dianda specially fit all our needs). Location is perfect, there is a supermarket walking distance. The hotel is brand new! I would get back without hesitating.

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Apartment was small but comfortable. Bathroom was well designed. Apartment was quiet despite being near the railway line. It was convenient to be near the central station for arrival and departure. 15 minute walk to get to the canal area. 10 mins to several tram options. However, locations in the canal district or by the museums could be much more romantic.

Highly recommend!

The hotel is great. Perfect location, close proximity to Amsterdam central; 8mins walk from the central station. Amenities is as described. One of the rooms need touch-up painting though. Otherwise, overall an excellent place to stay and most likely will use it again.

Lovely stay !!

We had a really lovely stay at this property. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Communication throughout was excellent, which made everything smooth and stress-free. While the hotel isn’t located right in the heart of the more well-known canals, it’s very accessible thanks to the nearby central station and free ferry which made getting around simple and convenient. There’s a super market nearby and plenty of restaurant options. We were in a two bedroom apartment that was contemporary, clean and comfortable side note, the beds in the bedrooms are accessed through stairs and the only natural light comes from the windows in the bedrooms. I do wish there was a bit more functional space but because of the way the bedrooms are designed, I can see why it’s limited ( I.e no nightstands or end tables in the living room) That said, it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all—I’d happily stay here again!
