Great location close to the airport with free transfer twice a hour to airport other than that this place is terrible. We stayed here 3 nights. The air condition did not work. We asked for it to be fixed. It took 2 days before they came to look at it the last night we were there. They would not change rooms for us. The dishwasher also was broken so we couldn’t clean our dishes and they refused to give us any soap and sponge to clean with. This also took 2 days before they came to fix it. When we asked for these to be fixed they said they’ll send someone right away… and it took 2 days. The level of incompetence was incredible.

A great stay at the Corendon apartments for a short stay after a cruise. The room was very modern and spacious, and included a kitchenette, although we didn’t use it. The location was very close to Schiphol airport and the airport shuttle was fast, frequent and free! Lots of connections from the airport to the city centre. Would recommend.

Good value for a family 2 bedroom stay

Fab location for the money - easy to get to the airport with the regular free shuttle. And from there easy to connect with city and beyond. The room was spacious but not super clean. But looked good and the internal beds worked great for us as a family of 4. Also lacking in basic equipment for somewhere with a kitchenette (ie 3 bowls/spoons for a room set up for 4, no dishwasher detergent or cloths to clean). However, staff very helpful and the communal areas were great. Pool was great for the children to burn off any leftover energy and the restaurant evening meal suited us on a couple of the nights.

Great shuttle every 30 minutes to airport where you can catch the train. We stayed in apartments and would recommend if staying a few nights for the space and amenities. Great dining options at hotel, bar, and separate little store to buy snacks, coffee, drinks to take to your room. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place

Wonderful apartment we stayed in with everything we needed. The free shuttle service to Schiphol and back was a big help. Extremely clean and smelled very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Amsterdam.

Awesome service

nice hotel and location. Staff was excellent and super courteous. Especially Badr at reception desk who went extra mile to support and the asian lady at breakfast section. A smile and a nice black coffee is all you need to begin your day.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I arrived, the service was an absolute disaster. I had a confirmed check-in time of 3 PM, but when I got there, not only was my room not ready, but NONE of the rooms were. I was forced to wait over an hour in the lobby with no explanation, no apology, and certainly no effort to make the situation right. The staff? Beyond rude. No one cared, no one offered any solutions, and they acted like I was the problem for expecting my room to be ready on time. When I finally got a room, it wasn’t even what I booked! I reserved a king-size bed, but instead, they shoved me into a room with a tiny twin bed—absolutely unacceptable! This place is a joke. Poor management, awful service, and completely incompetent staff. Save yourself the frustration and stay anywhere else.

This was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. It took 7 hours to check us in to the right room. A front desk representative lied to us. Then It took 3 hours for me to a blanket and pillow( they brought the wrong items first). Then had an entire debacle trying to extend our stay. It seems like the staff is just not aware of how different bookings work. It was a mess. I will never stay here again. Or any Corendon.
