Room was basic and clean so that's a positive. Heating was locked to 22c so no option to modify to personal preference. Food in the pub was dire. If it came out of a deep fat fryer then you are in luck, but cooking a steak was above them ( twice ! ) breakfast was disappointing. Only Nescafé coffee unless you want to pay extra for machine coffee. Save some money and go to Macdonald's over the road

Abbie checked us in and was lovely, we needed more towels and some heating in the room which she organised immediately. We checked out with Natasha who also was incredibly helpful and organised our breakfast. All the staff couldn’t be more inviting and made us feel very welcome. Thank you!

It was only about a five-minute walk from one of the Loch Lomond cruise tour companies, which made it really quick and easy to get to. The stay itself was comfortable and relaxing too!

Had no issues staying. Staff have been brillant. Only issue i would have is there is no lift. We were in a family room upstairs, which doesnt make sense with no lift. While we were there a poor family with luggage and a buggy were struggling to go ip the stairs. I have mobility issues. I struggled but was able to do it...Just

Condition of the accomodation block requires upgrading. Internal stairs haven't seen a hoover for a while. Internally our room was quite damaged - hole in bathroom wall, facias coming off in bathroom, net curtain quite dirty ay the bottom and paintwork very scuffed. Tv missing alot of standard channels. On a positive very quiet nights sleep. No noise from outside or in. It's fine for a short stay, your definitely paying for the location rather than any type of comfort
