We welcome you to our home! Wake each morning to enchanting morning sunrises over the Sandias and watch the sunset over the West Mesa. This updated and modern open concept home boasts large living and entertaining spaces indoors and out. A large bricked back patio with wood burning kiva fireplace offers a breathtaking unobstructed view of the Sandia Mountains, a perfect place for coffee or a glass of wine. The lush gated front courtyard has breathtaking sunsets and a little bit of green space. A well appointed kitchen with all the essentials. A spacious bright primary (California king) upstairs with 3 bedrooms downstairs. Two bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom, the third is a hall bath. A separate game room features a small fold down futon (72" x 48") for extra sleeping. A large gravel driveway can handle all your needs, sorry no RVs allowed. Minutes walk from the Sandia Tramway and hiking/biking trails of the Sandias.

We are just a quick trip away from everything Albuquerque has to offer: The Northeast Gate of Balloon Fiesta Park is 7.5 miles, Old town is 20 minutes away, Airport is 25 minutes away. Due to the nature of the home, it is not ADA compatible. The 2 car garage will be unavailable during your stay due to owners storage.

We loved the location since it has proximity to the Fiesta and a great backdrop of the Sandia Mountains! The house has a cool nautical theme and the owners were very responsive!

Magical stay in the Land of Enchantment

The house was beautiful. The attention to detail in the entire experience made for an incredible stay. We planned to go out each night but enjoyed the calmness and views from the home so much that we spent each night in just hanging out together. The beds, sheets, pillows, and towels were all on point and comfy. Hope to stay again!

Interesting Architecture

Nice property up in the hills above Albuquerque. Very near the Sandia Peak Tram. Easy access to the Balloon Fiesta Park also. Nice views of the mountains. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.
