It was very comfortable to stay here. The hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of a long drive, and the space for the four of us was perfect to celebrate two birthday in comfort. I recommend this 3 bedroom home to anyone looking for a good nights rest in comfort with a little retro flare too!!It met and exceeded our wants and needs for a practically perfect place to stay.

This place is the perfect set up for a large family. Especially one that is visiting their child at the university. Everything is close and plenty of space for everybody.

Very nice place to stay in the Knob Hill area of ABQ.Home was spacious, clean and within walking distance of a dog park. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Host was very accomodating and ensured we had a great stay. Would definitely book again!

Taryn was an awesome host. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was exactly as shown and described. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living room were spacious, and the house was clean. We didn't use the hot tub so I can't comment on that.

The host was very responsive. That is not an issue at all. What you see on line, however, is not what you get in regards to bedrooms. I feel like this place was not eclectic as much as dated and needs a good facelift. Every rug was filthy, I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned floors and put rugs down when we left. The patio was small and not very private. It may be good enough for very short stays but for a long term rental it was not a good fit for us. A lesson for us it taught us to ask a lot more questions.

Family getaway

This place was exactly what my daughter, grandson and son in law and I wanted. Having never been to Albuquerque before, it’s located in a great area and it was the perfect base camp for us to explore from. Having Uber readily available from here is a real plus as well. Great stay.

The location is great to easily access all tourist destinations. The house fit our family needs with comfortable beds, large kitchen & table area, back patio and the use of a garage.

Excellent stay!

The property exceeded expectations! It was even more spacious, well appointed and comfy than photos showed. It was also located in a nice neighborhood, just minutes from our event location. Will definitely stay here again when we return to ABQ.

The house is really open and spacious. The backyard was nice with the hot tub.It’s a little dated compared to what the photos show, but that isn’t a problem as everything worked perfectly fine.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was just as described, clean, updated, had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The big couch was awesome, beds were comfortable, nice big brightkitchen. We hope to stay here again next time we are in town!
