Our hotel room had a wavy floor that felt like it might collapse at any moment. I was hopeful when I saw hard floors that they would be clean; I hate carpets in hotel rooms. I had brand new socks, and walking from the bathroom to the bed, they were already dirty! Gross! The shower leaked AND CREAKED! People ran up and down the halls screaming profanities at all hours of the night and were BLASTING music. (I'm a music lover, so someone enjoying their music doesn't bother me) This was at an extremely disrespectful level and probably couldn't get any higher. I am also pretty sure that the people doing this stuff were living there. If you have tenets a dozen to a room, you probably shouldn't put a family on vacation right across the hall from them. It was nice to be at a place that served breakfast, but there was nowhere to sit. We did get some ice water and the taste of the water was rancid. I'm not sure if it had been sitting there for weeks or what. There were also people walking around the parking lot late at night and just a few blocks over we saw hard drug use right on the street corner. I would NEVER stay here again!

It was a fine place to stay for the reasonable price. The breakfast was good everyday. We stayed for 6 nights. There were some noisy guests for 2 of the nights, but the staff did their best to get them to quiet down. Staff was kind and helpful. We would probably stay again the next time we visit family in ABQ.

No smoking is permitted, but our room had a nasty smoke odor that hit us as soon as we walked in, and sadly the walls were dirty. The door lock was ghetto-rigged as if someone tried breaking in and fixed it as cheaply as possible. We had mentioned that we would please have the two rooms next to each other, but reception said there were none available. When we got to our room, we walked out and realized that another customer had gotten a closer room close to our 2nd room, which I thought was not cool for not being honest with your customer who paid to keep your business running. I called earlier to ask about having the two rooms next to each other and said to come in and let them know so that they could accommodate our needs but that never happened. We Didn’t feel the need to make it a huge deal since we were only there for one night to party figured a review would be best.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Calling the room to check on any problems. TV had bad reception. The reset they came and performed did not correct the problem till the next morning. Room location was next to outside entrance and also the pool. Water plumbing from other rooms and sources was disturbingly loud inside the room. Hall lights were visible thru door gaps from inside. Sound proofing techniques could improve room comfort.

This property was dirty. The shower and tub had soap scum all over like it hadn’t been cleaned, the TV was broken, the hair dryer didn’t work, the bed was not comfortable. Called the front desk as soon as I arrived to tell them about the issues and they couldn’t decide where they would move me. Gave me three different room numbers and none of them would work so they couldn’t change the room. Wouldn’t stay here again.
