First and foremost, the house itself is amazing. It has a bunch of rooms and games and it served its purpose for our stay. There were a few setbacks with our stay - the first being that 1 of the 3 bathrooms was practically out of commission. When we arrived, one of the bathrooms was clogged and we needed to plunge it. After plunging we discovered clumps of Styrofoam lodged in the toilet. For the duration of the stay the flush in this bathroom was incredibly weak and we ended up only using it for showering. The only other setback to this stay was that the welcome packet which was promised to include wristbands, parking passes, and trash disposal passes was nonexistent. This house is in a community that requires you to bring your trash bags to a community dumping site, which requires a pass to enter and use; however, we did not receive these passes nor did we receive any welcome packet with the aforementioned items which caused unnecessary problems when discarding our trash at the end of the stay. We attempted to contact the company that owns this home once we realized this would be an issue and they did not respond until after we had already checked out and figured out a solution on our own.All in all, I would recommend this stay. The house is beautiful and spacious and there is plenty to do even during the cold winter months. I understand our experience is most likely an outlier, but I would be remiss not to mention these inconveniences in our stay.
