"It really is a village. Lots of shops and restaurants; very convenient. We had a problem with the plumbing in our room (Tapa Tower), and the staff were quick to remedy. Room is very clean and the service is outstanding. They have an on-site location for tourist shuttle pickups/ drop offs. The grounds are beautiful, and the beach is very large. My wife and I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat!"
