The staff was lovely and super professional, great location except it was a bit noisy as it’s near the bars that play lots of loud music. Scenery was unbeatable. Sadly no parking so you’ll pay extra for that. My only complaint is the dirty glasses were wet and had 2 hairs inside and the pillows are very very hard. The restaurant on site was great and everything was walkable ( pool, beach, and shops).

Need improvement in cleanliness

Room cleanliness can be improved, the kettle wasn't properly clean. The shower head also need to be cleaned. If you are a light sleeper and easily distract by noise, I wont recommend booking here as the boise from the club across the road can be heard. Location wise, very convenience. Close to Woolworths and other shops. The lagoon is just behind the hotel.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Meals at restaurant were excellent especially the pizzas - beautiful crust. My only complaint would be no laundry facilities - we had to find a laundromat but there was no powder. Suggest people bring a small packet of powder with them. Otherwise great location and value for money.

As the name says, in the heart so walk to food and entertainment. Lagoon pool nearby. Designer building, elegant room, double glazed so no noise. Walk in shower, lift, Nespresso machine, fridge, balcony, staff very helpful. Room relatively small. Public parking behind building @ $13 per 24 hours or free in Woolworths back carpark
