Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience all around. I paid for a weekend gateway, only to find out as we were at the property that the rental company (Evolve) and the property owner just cancelled our rental with no advance warning. Still trying to get my money back. Just horrible!

Ultimate Relaxation and Comfort

I was looking for an end of summer getaway for my family of 3 and this was the perfect choice! The house is at the end of a lovely street and breathtaking as soon as you pull up. We trailered an 18’ boat and it was tough to back it in the driveway but not impossible. I wouldn’t want to bring anything larger. We put our boat in at a local ramp and docked the boat at the house for the rest of our stay which was so convenient. We did it all, paddle boarded, kayaked, jumped off the dock, swam around, relaxed in the porch with watching the sunset with wine while cooking dinner. It was exactly what I wanted. The house is adorable and fully decorated with cozy lake/mountain decor. Blankets and pillows galore which I love and plenty of towels! We cooked every night and the kitchen had decent cookware. We had our 6 year old and we all fit really well space wise but I don’t think I would want more people than the 3 maybe a 4th would be ok.

Beautiful

This place is beautiful! The host is kind and accommodating. The location is secluded enough to feel private but yet close enough to town that you can quickly get to restaurants and other attractions! We were there for a baseball tournament and this lake house allowed us to relax and have family time between games. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Peaceful, gorgeous lake view

Amazing little cabin/studio for 2! The owners have thought of everything and this place is so comfy and felt like home. Towels, pillows, blankets - all so soft and comfy. I spent our full day there on the deck reading and praying. Much needed quiet time in a beautiful place. We will return if at all possible.

The best mini trip EVER

We are a group of bartender friends that needed to escape busy city life with a quick mental reset. I must warn you…pictures do not do this beautiful home enough justice you will fall in love instantly. If you want to get away from the city for a relaxing trip STAY HERE!!! Tia is a wonderful blessing of a host…one could describe her as a SUPERHOST! She has thought of everything. From fire wood to pizza stone, The stairs leading to the dock are steep (which we were warned about) but SOOO worth it…just beautiful. I wish we would’ve thought about renting a boat and/or brought fishing poles. If your a fan of Mexican try Las Palmas near Kroger. We ordered in and it was a hit! We will definitely be rebooking. Thank you, Tia for sharing your lovely home with us.

Our stay was exactly how we imagined it would be. No better way to start our day than watching a slowly brightening sunrise across the sparkling water. 40th anniversary celebration

We loved the location; waking up each morning to a sunrise over the lake was an amazing part of our stay! The hot tub was delightful under the stars! Preparing our own meals was also a highlight; the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was one of the best we’ve ever slept on actually. Tia is a kind and wonderful hostess to work with; we’ve felt personally welcomed as though friends of the family.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful and had an absolutely beautiful view of the lake. This place just has a wonderful and peaceful feeling in the atmosphere. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit and used them both every night. We sat on the porch with our coffee every morning :) Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect Place!

This home is super clean and perfectly situated on the lake for amazing sunsets and sunrises. Tia is an excellent hostess and thought of everything. The use of the paddle boards and hot tub made the trip even more fun. The kids loved it. We will most definitely be back! Worth every penny!

Views, views, and more views. This property althought a bit small was extrememly well decorated, well layed out and just really over the top. I would give this property a 10 and if back in the area will be staying here again. Again, well done from the Spring Family!

Romantic Birthday Getaway

This home is perfect for a relaxing, peaceful, and romantic getaway. The view is awesome! Great sunrises and sunsets. Tia is very responsive to any questions you may have. She also provides you with everything. This home is very clean and the pictures don't do it justice. We would definitely stay here again.

A real gem!

One of our favorite places ever! Peaceful and quiet and the view is to die for! An extra feature that we absolutely loved was the outdoor hanging /swinging bed on the back porch overlooking the water. The amenities were very well thought out and overall we just loved being there!
