When I went there was also a weight lifting competition going on. So all hotels were booked and understaffed; including here. In spite of that, the staff was doing everything they could to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety. I enjoyed my stay.

This was an excellent facility to stay at. We were left in a bind and they were accommodating and thankfully had a room for us. Upon arrival, Shannon was at the desk and she was the most pleasant and lovely person and has excellent customer service, the most I’ve seen in a very long time in a hotel. We will definitely be staying at this particular facility again when we are in the area.

The lobby was clean and the hotel looked nice. The breakfast service needs some help. Could not keep up with the demand of people staying that weekend and it was a struggle to get a hot breakfast, let alone utensils or clean counters. Beds were not that comfortable, but the room was very nicely appointed.
