This was SUCH a lovely stay and we will be returning next visit. Beautiful location, relaxing facilities, and friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms were SO cozy!
The views and out the front and back windows were peaceful.

Excellent location for a short stay. We stayed in the maxwells which were very comfortable with all the right facilities. My only suggestion would be to provide split bins for waste and recycling (landfill / plastic and tins) along with a tub for compostable waste.

Great for a restful break.

We stayed in one of the Maxwell 2-person villas. Lovely accommodation, extremely comfortable and spacious. just a step away from shop (groceries and gifts) and restaurant, both very good. Especially appreciated that most items on the restaurant menu had gluten-free options. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel!

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful setting. Spacious and comfortable, with pretty views. The restaurant was amazing (vegan and gluten free options too), and the grocery store/gift shop on site was a great feature (vegan, gluten free options at the store as well). We will definitely be back and would highly recommend! The golf course was excellent as well. We stayed in 12B Maxwells.

Our condo was super clean, spacious and had well appointed amenities like laundry, dishwasher, 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms all in unit. We brought our baby and they provided us with a crib, two gates for the stairs and a high chair that was set up when we arrived. Lovely family spot!

A luxurious, comfortable and serene vacation

We have travelled the world but this was one of the best places that we have stayed at. The location was just perfect: Right next to Loch Tay and Tay river and beautiful hills on two sides. Kenmore village is just a few minutes leisurely walk over the bridge and it’s so beautiful and serene. This is one of the best places if you want to relax and get away from the hubbub of a city life. We stayed at Rivard lodge and it was a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom super comfortable luxurious lodging with full kitchen. It also has a large sitout deck on the upper floor with comfortable outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Every bedroom has a small TV and the two living rooms have full sized TVs. The backyard is fenced and so safe to let your pet out without worry. Mains at Taymouth also has a golf course which we could not use unfortunately as it rained on the day we had planned to play. There is a very well stocked shop in the complex open all 7 days. There are 3 good restaurants : Courtyard which is in the complex itself, Waterfront (with excellent Loch views) across the road in Kenmore Club Hotel, and Ferryman’s Inn which is just 5 minutes drive away. We loved the latter two more because they are next to the Loch. Aberfeldy is just 6 miles away and has more eating options and also fuel station and larger stores like Co-op and ASDA. All in all, a lovely stay and we look forward to visiting again.

Great place to stay with beautiful surrounding area. We stayed in a one bed house which was lovely. Just the right size for us. Also pet friendly and a few nearby pet friendly restaurants/bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful part of the world! The lodges are modern, comfortable and spotless. Check-in was so quick and easy and the whole stay was just effortless. The Maxwells Lodges have a large open plan living dining room, the kitchen is still separated a bit which is nice but allows you to all be together. What I loved is that both bedrooms are the same size and so no ‘fighting’ over the best room! Bedrooms had the wow factor with the arched ceilings. All the bathrooms (there were 3!) were modern and super clean. We just loved our stay- can you tell!?

Stunning

Accommodation is excellent and location is stunning. Wish I’d booked for longer and will definitely return. I’ve stayed in lots of ‘dog friendly’ places but these are usually not the nicest. This place is amazing can’t recommend it highly enough. Everything in the lodge was quality, right down to the crockery.
