"This is a really special property. Becky is a great host - communicative, welcoming, and always seem to be available. Her and her family have created a great environment for her guests' comfort. You have a spectacular view right on the St Johns River. The house is spacious and has everything you need. We cook a lot ourselves and the kitchen was great. There's plenty of room for entertaining especially with the separate Pavilion and the cedar hot tub. There are a couple of fire pits and a couple of great barbecue grills. It's a super value and as a bonus it was a great place to have our dog with plenty of room outside. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The location was quiet and relaxing, and the home was well equipped. Check in was very easy. The only issue we experienced was the number of bugs inside the house. We realize the wooded location likely contributes to this. Aside from that, we had a pleasant stay."
