This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located in the quaint little lakeside community of Plum Ridge. It's nestled on a half acre lot right on the edge of Lake Sam Rayburn. With over 200 ft of direct water access you can fish, swim, kayak, park your boat, or just sit, relax, and enjoy the view . From the main living area there are 180 degrees of unobstructed views of the lake. Lake views can be admired from inside the home or on the very large covered back porch that runs the entire length of the house. The lake front porch is host to several rocking chairs, an outdoor eating area, and outdoor grill, Other outdoor features available for use are a fenced in backyard for your little furry friend, covered vehicle parking, covered boat parking, a fire pit with chairs. and a fish cleaning station. Also stored under the carport at the end of the driveway is a kayak for adult use with paddle and two adult life vests. Inside the home you have access to a fully furnished kitchen with all the major appliances, and yes this includes a dishwasher. Directly off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Wi-fi and satellite television is available in the main living area as well as in all three bedrooms. The home has central A/C , ceiling fans and heating to keep you comfortable while indoors. Another great feature included with the home is an automated backup generator. This is very handy in the unfortunate event of the lights going out. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all and enjoy all the things the lake has to offer come enjoy your stay here at our lakeside getaway. Please note: Owner is not responsible for accidents on property including any water activities and use of the kayaks. We also urge guests to watch their step as the changing lake levels can cause uneven terrain and damage to trees.

Love the home

We love our stay every time we visit. It’s located in distant to store and restaurant. The home is so beautiful and the views of the back porch are amazing. We loved having the washer and dryer so convenient especially with kids. Only issue was not getting the televisions to work in the bedrooms.

Perfect getaway

Get away holiday week-end

The most peaceful place. Great water front for kayahing and beach feel with the sand. Great porch with a view. Bedrooms were comfortable and Kitchen had all you needed. This is the best place we have stayed on Rayburn or Toledo Bend. Looking forward to another stay.

Rayburn stay

Perfect getaway

Loved it. Was clean and homey. Boat ramp was close by. We were able to shore dock the boats at the property the whole stay. The view of the lake was priceless. We will be planning next year trip and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful lake home with awesome views

When you drive up to this beautiful home, you notice the property is so well taken care of. Then when you enter the home, instant view of the lake with all windows. Open floor plan. Jenny, the owner, left a basket on the counter for treats. And CLEAN! I have an immune system compromised, and felt very comfortable here. So clean and well stocked with anything you will need. Outside deck is so lovely to watch the lake, with a beach to fix or hang out. The deck was so clean, with plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the outside. My only complaint is that we were there only 3 days. I would love to stay for a week. Has a fireplace but we did not use. We used the grill and it was immaculate as well. Of all the places we stayed, this place checks everything on the list you would want, when staying at a lake home. Thank you Jenny for all your hospitality. We accidently locked ourselves out and she was there to rescue us, with a smile on her face. Amazing. You will not be disappointed. Cathy and Keith

Beautiful view and peaceful.

Check in was easy. Owner communication was often. Had a welcome book with everything you needed to know. Decor was pretty and relaxing. House was very clean with a full kitchen. We felt comfortable and at home. We saw hummingbirds, bees, eagles, and an otter. The house has a large deck across the entire back of the house with screen to prevent a small child or dog from slipping through the railing. Gates on both ends of the porch and one end has access to a small fenced in backyard for you pup to access the grass without the fear of them getting out. My waze app found the house with no issues.
