The location of this property is amazing. We loved the views and proximity to town, restaurants and especially Joshua Tree. It's a beautiful house but it lacked in cleanliness overall. One bathroom appeared to have missed the cleaning after previous guests - towels were clean, but there was hair and soil on the surfaces, and the toilet was dirty. The coffee pot had dried up coffee in the bottom. The worst part was that we were never able to use the hot tub as it would not heat up. By the time the property manager offered to have someone come out to fix it, we were checking out the next morning. I did reach out to the manager about some of our issues and hoped they would be addressed fairly. They were not. Unfortunately, we came away feeling underwhelmed and overcharged.

Great communication with the host. House was clean. The back patio/porch was our favorite place to gather. The view was everything we hoped for. I was happy to see they had upgraded the dining table. It comfortably seats 8. We had 10 people for dinner at the house one night and we were able to squeeze in a couple more chairs from the outside dining table. Overall we had a very nice time.

Spent 4 amazing nights at this wonderful property, gathered the family for a Thanksgiving feast and fun. The photos do not do the amazing deck and backyard justice, simply magical, played games late into the night in the amazing great room! The property managers were immediately responsive to every question we had, primarily regarding the kitchen tools as we made a full Thanksgiving dinner for eight, which turned out great. Incredible location, great shops and food close by. We'd stay here again for sure, miss it already!

Luxe relaxation

We had an amazing time at Casablanca. We were a group of 11 and the property worked well for us. The kids loved bouldering in the outdoor space, and the adults enjoyed sitting on the deck around the fire. It is very peaceful and quiet. Check in process is seamless and I appreciated not having a laundry list of chores to do upon checkout.

Wedding week

We chose this property for the location close to Joshua Tree. This was a wonderful place for our families to stay to celebrate our sons wedding in Joshua Tree. It was big enough for everyone to have space. Kitchen and outdoor dining were spacious enough for us to have meals together. The view on the deck was spectacular morning and night. Star gazing was amazing also out front and back. The only thing I would change would be to had a few more hand towels in the kitchen for families who enjoy cooking. Otherwise for the 11 people we had staying there the house was perfect.

Beautiful property!!!

As another review mentioned, the pictures don't do it justice. The property and surrounding neighborhood is gorgeous. I had a family reuinion/wedding anniversary weekend celebration here and it was the perfect venue. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit outside and had a beautiful family meal inside. However, with that said, I had to deduct a star for two reasons: 1.) People complained about the water temperature and pressure in the showers. My husband suspects maybe it had to do with using the propane fire pit too long? Either the property manager needs to look into potential issues or specify in the instructions that this could be a potential issue. 2.) The parking situation was frustrating for multiple reasons. We were told that the property can only hold 6 vehicles total, which meant that our parents had to stay in a nearby hotel because 14 guests for us meant 7 couples = 7 vehicles. However, we noticed that there was a sign in the laundry room stating the property could hold up to 14 vehicles! What?! Not to mention, there's a 2 car garage! The property is huge and could absolutely fit more than 6 cars, without blocking the drive way. Again, this really frustrated us because there's no reason that my parents couldn't have stayed with us.
