This spot was lovey and had many thoughtful details that went above such as different types of chargers, smart tv, and a stocked kitchen including coffee. We had a wonderful time watching waves, dolphins and pelicans.Thanks!

Property was as described. View was perfect and balcony as pictured. The master bed is super comfortable - a cool gel memory mattress for any wondering and the rooms were spacious. We did not need it but there is a separate sleeping room for infants/young child with no windows. Had our grandbaby been with us he would definitely have loved that. The only negative for us was the bathroom/shower off the master. It was dated needed some attention to the grout/tile and showed age. Both tub/shower combos were hard to get in and out of for us in our late 60’s but especially the master bath one. At least one of them as a walk in shower would have helped a lot! But regardless would not deter me from rerenting. I found kitchen to be stocked very well with everything except there were only 2 forks. Guess those disappear easily? Plenty of knives and spoons and all cookware needed was there. We loved that the unit was on the quieter end of Lumina Ave but still easily accessible to restaurants etc. thanks again for an enjoyable experience! Ps - front door lock is quite difficult to latch (for owners info)

This place is nicely furnished and decorated, but it is a very old building and this unit has not been updated except for paint and decor. It was as clean it could possibly be, but due to age it felt drab. The showers and bathrooms are desperately in need of updates. We ended up leaving early since the weather was not cooperating. The location is great, right on the beach. Furnishings and supplies were plentiful. Check in was easy. It shows well in the photos.

Great location! Walkable to JM pier and all there is along Lumina. Great View of the ocean and loved sitting on the balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped which we appreciated!! We would stay again! PS….The Flying Machine was excellent for lunch and dinner!!

Early Summer Getaway

The property was in a great location and just as described. The little touches like coffee creamer, dish pods and paper towels made it even nicer. The property manager was great at communicating some unexpected construction during our stay. We enjoyed our time in Wrightsville Beach.

AMAZING!

I wish I could leave 10 stars! Every part of the process was perfection. The view and closeness to the beach and ocean is incredible! When you first open the door to the unit your jaw drops, the view is better than the pictures. It is beautifully decorated. Our favorite part was that both sliding doors open basically the whole length of the living room ... you can feel the breeze, you can feel the sun, you can hear the waves ... it's amazing! The beds are so comfortable!! Also the couch and chairs in the living room are wonderful. There is real furniture on the deck with cushions (not the usual plastic stuff) and it makes it just so comfortable out there. The bathroom had nice touches like shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as Q-tips, cotton balls and cotton pads and plenty of beach towels and extra blankets. Plus blankets in the living room to use on the patio so you could sit outside and enjoy the ocean even if it was chilly. And while we did not have a baby with us, there is an extra small room off the master with a crib and door that closes, such a nice touch! The kitchen was very well stocked. We had a few unexpected things come up during our stay and Erin was gracious and understanding and very accommodating. She responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a wonderful, wonderful stay and we cannot wait to come back. Thank you for everything Erin!!!

Will be back!

Loved this condo. I didn't want to leave! It's quiet and comfortable in a great location. It's 3.3 miles to walk from the co do- around the loop- and back. Easy peasy! A few things I'd personally add to the condo is about 3 more luggage racks for suitcases. The dresser in the second bedroom is really small so if there are two or even three small people in there, there's not enough room. Maybe shower and toilet updates but overall it's a really great place!

Great location in Wrightsville Beach

Great location, very clean and well organized. Host is vey responsive. Very nice linens and stocked with almost anything you would need. My only suggestion would be to update the bathrooms to mirror the rest of the unit.

Much needed break

My husband and I stayed 4 nights and were lucky to have wonderful weather. We were able to take full advantage of the balcony to soak in the view and sound of the ocean waves. We barely used the AC. We had everything we needed. The unit is close to Wilmington and we had 2 dinners there. With traffic, it was between 20-30 mins depending on which area. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Perfect respite

Respite By The Sea was a perfect getaway for our family. The condo offered beautiful views of the ocean. It was quiet and relaxing. Great location to shops, dining, and most importantly- the beach!

Awesome Place

We loved this property. Had everything we needed. Kitchen had tons of supplies.Beachfront was never crowed.pool was never crowded. The area of Wilmington was great. Stores were never crowded and food options were so good. Overall one of the best vacation vrbos we have ever stayed.

Beautiful Condo with Great Views

The condo is as advertised.Very clean and inviting. Nicely appointed. There were two ladies on the trip and we felt safe and secure in the complex and the unit itself. It would be great if the second bedroom had a tv, but outside of that, the unit was perfection. We plan to stay in this unit again next year if it is available when we book our trip,,
