Hotel was clean room was clean friendly staff easy parking good restaurants around only one thing I did not like was my room smelled like urine other then that comfortable spacious room

Staff is very friendly, they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the most comfortable

Perfect. Rather no pets. Husband allergic to cats. Didn't realize thst was an option.

House keeping was limited, “continental breakfast” was coffee and granola bars.

Overall a good value. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Convenient. Floor, refrigerator, bedsheets, linens, and bathroom fixtures (toilet, sink, bathtub) all clean. My only complaint: There were some other areas that could have used better cleaning. The bathroom counter top and the bedside table top had not been cleaned completely; each had small spots of something smeared on them. And there were food particles that had accumulated around the burners on the stove.

Understaffed, waited 30min in the foyer to check in. They were overbooked and the available rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Our room was very dirty. Smelled like smoke, waste in toilet, floors not swept. Tried to contact front desk but it was empty and nobody answered the phone. Waited another 20min to talk to someone so we could cancel our reservation and find another hotel.

This hotel by far was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The hotel staff disrespected me by giving out my information to someone I was trying to stay away from. They even let the person bang on my hotel room door and windows from 3am-5am non stop. I did not get any sleep at all during my stay. At check in they gave me a hassle trying to locate my reservation making leave the hotel and come back and when I got to the room it looked and smelled like someone was already there resting prior to my arrival. This hotel for the money I paid for and the service I received after the whole situation I had is definitely NOT WORTH IT!!! I should be suing them!!

Everything about this hotel was nice—except the AC/heat. It was one of those low wall units that blows out hot or cold air. Unfortunately, in the King suite it is about 10 inches from the bed. The draperies up into the aug and then blew directly on ballooned up into air and danced around and then had a direct hit on the people in the bed. We had to shut the AC off. The place has a small kitchen, but there isn’t a pot or dish in the place. A few changes and this hotel would be very nice.

When i got there 2 poeple where in front of me.Check in took 35 minutes for me and the guys in front of me. Horrible.

No hot water. Boiler was broken. Apathetic staff. No cleaning service to make the beds and replace the towels. Mildew in shower. Parking lot had random people milling about late night which gave a sketchy feeling. Do not recommend.

no room service, no taking garbage, inadequate tv channels no desk loud fridge, bright lights in parking lot, loud a/c, difficult access, smoke butt smelly 6 inches from where you slide key to get in hotel, gagged every time I entered hotel, terrible breakfast -coffee and little pastries wrapped in plastic - that's not breakfast

Super hotel staff, friendly and helpful. Excellent location adjacent to I-495. Easy in, easy out and easy to find!

Easy check-in. Hotel does not provide daily housekeeping as part of their business model. Rooms come with a kitchen. This may account for odors in the hallway that varied from pleasant to foul depending on your taste in food. Hotel in very good shape considering that it is about 30 years old.

Rooms smell like cigarette TG ey don't give towels they said they would charge $10 overall the breakfast wasn't even breakfast or was granola bars don't recommend staying opted to go to the embassy hotel down the street it was amazing

I was really looking forward to having a kitchen in our room to avoid eating out expenses. However, there is nothing in the kitchen-no dishes, utensils, pots, pans, nothing!! Apparently you have to request that. I requested the basic package of supplies from the front desk on Saturday morning. I was told it would take a few minutes. I never received any kitchen supplies. There is no exercise room, and the breakfast that is included is pitiful.

Extended Stay America in Marlboro, MA was a good value for my money. Especially useful was the full refrigerator/freezer to stock with sodas, salad, and leftover food. The room was clean and comfortable. I asked for a quiet one and was given at the end of the hall away from the elevators. It is near a major chain grocery store and a variety of restaurants. I would stay here or at an ESA hotel again in the future.

A friend and I were driving through Mass on our way to NH. We stopped by just for the night. The stewards of the hotel were nice and the room was physically clean. It smelled like cigarettes even though it was listed as a non smoking room. Actually, the entire hotel smelled like them. Other than that, no complaints. They serve a light free breakfast (grab and go) in the morning for those interested.

Nice place, though daily room service was not standard. Otherwise it was good.
