Super hotel staff, friendly and helpful. Excellent location adjacent to I-495. Easy in, easy out and easy to find!

Easy check-in. Hotel does not provide daily housekeeping as part of their business model. Rooms come with a kitchen. This may account for odors in the hallway that varied from pleasant to foul depending on your taste in food. Hotel in very good shape considering that it is about 30 years old.

Rooms smell like cigarette TG ey don't give towels they said they would charge $10 overall the breakfast wasn't even breakfast or was granola bars don't recommend staying opted to go to the embassy hotel down the street it was amazing

I was really looking forward to having a kitchen in our room to avoid eating out expenses. However, there is nothing in the kitchen-no dishes, utensils, pots, pans, nothing!! Apparently you have to request that. I requested the basic package of supplies from the front desk on Saturday morning. I was told it would take a few minutes. I never received any kitchen supplies. There is no exercise room, and the breakfast that is included is pitiful.

Extended Stay America in Marlboro, MA was a good value for my money. Especially useful was the full refrigerator/freezer to stock with sodas, salad, and leftover food. The room was clean and comfortable. I asked for a quiet one and was given at the end of the hall away from the elevators. It is near a major chain grocery store and a variety of restaurants. I would stay here or at an ESA hotel again in the future.

A friend and I were driving through Mass on our way to NH. We stopped by just for the night. The stewards of the hotel were nice and the room was physically clean. It smelled like cigarettes even though it was listed as a non smoking room. Actually, the entire hotel smelled like them. Other than that, no complaints. They serve a light free breakfast (grab and go) in the morning for those interested.

Nice place, though daily room service was not standard. Otherwise it was good.

Clean place but loud. Slow internet. Very convenient place to stay, just remember to bring your own shampoo!

We stayed at this hotel over the holiday and it served its purpose as there was not enough room at our relatives house. There was a nice kitchenette in the room. Do keep in mind that this is an not the same as a regular hotel there is no daily maid service.

For a lower priced hotel, it was very good. Absolutely no complaints.

Stayed two nights just to sleep. No closer rooms in Worcester where i needed to be. $40+tip cab to Worcester. You can hear EVERYTHING anybody within 5 rooms does. Footsteps coughing talking music. Plenty of parking. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Fridge in room. Free wifi. Great craft beer / liquor store right across the street. Would only stay here if its the cheapest option.

Check in and out was fine. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free WiFi did not work with my iPad. For an overnight stay this hotel was okay. I had booked a room with a single bed and got moved into a room with two beds and a kitchenette. Would have preferred my original room as there was a mild smell from people cooking in the other rooms.

The guy checking us in wasn't very friendly, but not quite rude either, the room was very nice with kitchen, an outside balcony would have put it over the top.

I am a travelling consultant and every state I go, I make sure that I stay in a ESA, so as I did here as well. But this my EVER WORST experience. 1. I was allocated a room, as I opened the room, it was stinking, and I noticed they didn't even bother to clean anything, including the trash which the previous person has left. 2. The staff was very rude and posed as if they were very busy every time, I ask them some thing. 3. I had an important exam and pleaded them for one print out of my EXAM confirmation letter which is a one page document and they rejected it bluntly. Now I have come to a conclusion that not all ESA are good ones, they also can be bad.

Just for sleeping. No problem. We came in late Sat. night & left the following morning. We didn't require anything special.

Currently this hotel is being renovated and will have better amenities. My stay was quite comfortable and the Entire Staff at Homestead were absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were average since the floor that I was staying on had not yet been renovated, however, the men and women who work at the front desk, as well as the housekeeping staff provided great customer service. I thank each of them for making my stay away from home much more pleasant. Thank you!

Conveniently located. Not the best value for the money. It took the staff over an hour to check me in. A combination of a unprepared personnel and poor IT skills, made check-in almost impossible, as they had to manually check rooms for availability. Keys provided did not work the first 2 times; this seemed to be a common issue for all guests that day. Room and bathroom had been poorly cleaned.

Satellite TV did not work, hair dryer not in room, extra charge for internet.

We were attending a wedding and went to the hotel to check in prior to the wedding. We arrived one hour before the wedding and were told the rooms were not ready and would not be ready for an hour - which is when the wedding began! We had 2 rooms reserved and asked if they could at least get 1 room ready so we could change and get ready for the wedding and were told there was absolutely nothing they could do. I understand the rooms were not ready, but why couldn't they have just gotten 1 room ready so we could iron our clothes and get ready for the wedding! The attitude we were presented with was very unfriendly and very unaccomodating. We had to get ready for the wedding (with our 80 year old mother) in the break room of the hotel! I guess the hotel has never heard of customer satisfaction.

I did not have any issues with the room, just that bedding could be updated.[...]
