Checking in to your next Winter Park stay at Kings Crossing 13 is a must. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is situated in downtown Winter Park walking distance to several restaurants, movie theater and the Grand Park Rec Center. Easy access to the shuttle if your crew is all about getting up to the ski resort. Comfortably sleeps 9.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with Queen bed and small TV, the other with Bunk bed with twin up and Queen down, plus a futon. This room also offers a TV and opens into the hot tub room.
The upper level offers an open kitchen, dining and living with vaulted ceilings. The wood-burning fireplace and large flat screen TV will hold your interest if the views out the windows are not enough to keep you busy. Enjoy the movies and games that are on the shelves too.
You will have parking for 2 cars on site. This location is near the railroad tracks for train enthusiasts! If you are a light sleeper, take the downstairs bedrooms to hear less.
Important to note that there is a security camera outside the front door of the property NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Ski day in Winter Park
Had a great stay here in Winter Park. This rental has everything you need and is just minutes away from the ski hill. Yes, this is located right near the train tracks, which we enjoyed seeing the trains fly by. On the contrary, the trains can be a bit noisy throughout the night but this doesn’t take away from any of the experience.
