We will definitely come back to stay. The entire neighborhood is very well done. Nearby restaurants are good and the views off of the top deck are wonderful.

Weekend in Wilmington

We had a great stay on the Oasis in The Cove! Everything was exceptional in both comfort and style! While staying we were in close walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops! The Oasis provided a more intimate stay the nearby hotels by offering all of the comforts of home and great views! I would highly recommend booking here - you won’t regret it!!

Awesome houseboat!

We had a great time! The houseboat is nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. And it’s in a perfect location. The Riverwalk was great to walk to shops, etc. And, the Marina Grill is right there for a great meal and drinks. Would definitely stay again!

Conference Hot Spot

A wonderful boat house for my family to stay and I to work. It was very convenient to walk to the Conference Center and in walking distance of restaurants for the kid and grandmother to grab a quick bite. The place felt clean and new. I’ll be staying again!

Hooray for the Houseboat

The houseboat is fabulous. The design and decor are impeccable. The location is great with some restaurants like Steam, Tequila and Marina Grill nearby. A short walk to shops and to museums. We had a fantastic time. I hope to return.

Celebrating 70

My 4 girlfriends n i from NJ were together to celebrate all of us turning 70 this yr. We had a wonderful time n the houseboat was perfect. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Perfect!

We came for a long weekend to participate in the Ironman 70.3 event in Wilmington. The Cove was a perfect location for easy access to packet pickup, T2, and the end of the race. It was a beautiful and peaceful spot that was both convenient and relaxing. Equipped with everything we needed. The upper deck was a lovely spot for dinner!

House boat experience

We loved the house boat. It felt closer to a very nice hotel than someone’s house which they decided to rent. The location was simply amazing. Walking distance to the river walk and the many restaurants and shops downtown. Parking wasn’t a problem. One car parked in a lot that was about a block away and the second car parked in a garage also a block away which had overnight parking. We highly recommend The Cove - Houseboat Oasis.

Very nice location!

We went over New Year's and while 2023-24 was colder than years past, we had a great time. It's a short walk to the downtown area. It is very peaceful out on the water. We can feel the houseboat rock when boats out on the river go by, so keep that in mind if you think the rocking would bother you (we were fine with it). I know some folks are super sensitive to that and you should just be aware. Also, parking is a little farther away than "normal", so just plan for that too. Would rent again!
