Cheap Hotels in Westside, NM

"My group was travelling 14 hours across 4 states and had booked 4 rooms through Expedia for 2 nights. Knowing I was gonna be a late check-in, I called the front desk to let them know. Ended up getting stuck in traffic in Denver for way longer than anticipated, so I called again just to make sure we were good for a late check-in and give them the names the other rooms were reserved under. Front desk said we were good to go and had noted the other rooms. I was the first to arrive of the 4 rooms, when I went to check-in I was told my rooms were CANCELLED because my card was declined and they had tried to call me. I had no missed calls or voicemails from the hotel nor did they mention anything to me when I called about my late check-ins. I sometimes forget to put my card on travel, but its a quick fix on my mobile. Front desk said they can rebook me but it wouldn't be the same rate. My SIL paid for her room and as my aunt went to pay for hers, we were told they only had 2 left, shorting our group 1 room. Exasperated, I told them I'd pay for the 2, just to find that they gave me the rate I booked online and my SIL paid almost 3x as I did for a room. When we asked about why her pricing was different, we were told, "That's the rate of a room."OK? The next day, I went to front desk to get towels for the pool. No one was there. I stood there calling out "Hello?" "Anyone here". 10 minutes before someone came and asked what I needed. Hotel room was spacious, clean, and beds were great."

"Parking was easy and secure. Rooms were clean and bug free. Staff was courteous and friendly. Great stay for the price. Would recommend for price conscious people. "
