Charming and Spacious

Quiet location, easy to feel at home. With the open concept it seemed bigger than it was. Design concept is cute, nice furniture and seating options. Dishwasher could be updated a little, but definitely functions well. Minor cleaning misses with kitchen cupboard doors and spice containers (items that are easily forgettable). However, nice touches leaving fresh paper towels, travel soap bars, etc. Easy walk to the beach with spray off area available for afterwards. Classic small town is quite spread out... So, there are more business types than just downtown. However, this is a fishing-centered town. So be prepared that it opens up and shuts down rather early.

Good location

The unit is large and comfortable, with good daylight. The views are mostly of the dunes with a little bit of ocean view. The building itself is experiencing some construction defects, which are a bit unnerving. None of these affected the unit itself, however. The location is great. I recommend this for other families with children. Upgrades to suggest: a shoe bench at the entry for taking off shoes, better cookware without flaking non-stick coatings, and a better living room couch.

Lovely beach condo

Cozy and clean. Lovely to sit on the balcony with my coffee just after sunrise before the kids got up - enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Kids had a fantastic time at the beach - just a short walk away. Everything was cozy and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place!

We loved the place, with just a few exceptions. There were new locks put on and we had a lot of trouble getting the key to work. The shade in the 2nd bedroom did not have a rod so we were unable to close it entirely and the outdoor light shined on the pillow. The fireplace remote didn't work so we unplugged it when we were done. Other than that, we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the place was clean and comfortable.

Great location just a few steps from the beach. Very bright rooms with a beach view. Property is not properly maintained. Our first hour on the property was spent washing bed sheets (which had not been washed and had hairs on them) and replacing pillows (they were colored yellow and smelly). A few broken glasses and plates.microwave door broken. Local Vacasa management agent was unresponsive.

Great location and very spacious!!

Cookware utensils and dishes like plates bowls or inadequate cracked and miscellaneous. For as nice as that condo is when it comes to those things it’s extremely inadequate and I was unprepared for the meals that I had planned for my family we didn’t have the right cookware and the cookware that is there is an adequate and subpar.

Comfortable, but expensive

I know I sound like a grumpy old person, but why did we have to deal with a second rental management company who flooded us with 4 texts from 4 different phone numbers, and 8 emails, with conflicting information on what we had to do to check in. At first we thought it was a scam, then it took several phone calls and waiting on hold to sort out. The condo had a very minimal view of the ocean, and, while the rooms were large, they were minimally furnished and were missing basics, like luggage racks or somewhere to open our suitcases, front hall mat, colander in the kitchen, etc. There were umpteen electronic appliances, many of which did not work, or needed new batteries. There was no general description of how the heat worked - a thermostat controlled only the electric heater in its room, so it took almost 12 hours for the place to heat up to a comfort level.

Great family beach escape

We had our grandson's for the week and knew they would love a few days on the Coast so I booked this condo. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The boys loved the pool and we all enjoyed the beach and views. This was a nice, safe getaway during the pandemic and we loved being together there

Great Escape!

Loved our 3 day coastal get away. Condo was clean and had small deck w view of ocean. Great location in Westport. Sandy beaches for as far as you can see - just a 3 minute walk from our door. Would definitely return. Thank you!

Nice condo, some plusses and a few minuses

Nice condo overall. Great access to beach and state park trails. It is not oceanfront though. It's the last condo farthest from and perpendicular to the beach. There is a decent view from the deck, but that's all. It's next to the beach access to, which makes it easy, but not very private, although that did not bother us much. The clubhouse access and pool is great for kids, plus putting green and propane bbq there. There is a permanent resident below with a small dog that is distressed when left alone and barks a lot. But it's not really loud, just frequent. There is also a permanent resident next door who must smoke as the smell came through the walls, although opening the windows alleviated the smell. Vacasa was very responsive and helpful when the coffeemaker broke, so that was nice and appreciated. Overall, good space with just a few minuses.

Amazing place to stay!

I love this unit! I don't have to worry if it's been cleaned properly or not. It's close to the beach so we could easily access it. It's close to food but not too close to town either. We can't wait till we plan our next trip and stay in the unit again.

Great location

We loved this condo for the beach access and the comfy rooms and spacious living rooms but there was used soap bars in both showers and the bathrooms were not that clean. Also no garbage bags available. Windows on the inside needed cleaned also. But overall it was a great place to meet up with family.

I really wanted to give 5 stars

First off, the condo itself is as described. Very cute and welcoming. The location is great. We really did like the place. However ... We had a few issues. The biggest being the lack of communication before arrival. I had questions before arriving. I sent 3 emails and 1 message thru the app. ALL WENT UNANSWERED. This was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered the serving utensils had been put away dirty. Food was hardened/ dried on multiple serving spoons. The jets on the master bathtub will not turn on. Another disappointment. The drains in both showers are VERY slow to drain. Your feet will be completely submerged by the time you are done showering. Yes, we made sure the drains were completely open. Overall we had a nice time. For that price, I would expect better communication and things to be clean and in working order.
