Very clean and great location. Pool was great and breakfast good.
Loved the hotel and the amenities!!! Great pool, huge rooms, comfy beds! Awesome stay!
The cabin was very comfortable and large. We very much enjoyed the fireplace.

Beautiful place, you will feel like you are inside of a cabin more than a hotel!
The location is good- very near Yellowstone. It’s a very cool experience but it’s quite expensive. I wish they had kayaks To use for the river. The breakfast was not good. I’m glad we experienced this, if it had not been so pricey we would have stayed here more than one night. All in all we had a ...

Close to park entrance. Pack breakfast during covid.
I think is a bit pricey for what you get. Cabin looks old, a kit to do smore’s is provided but the fire pit right outside our cabin was reserved, turns out it was not used! Bed was uncomfortable, ceiling fan was entangled. Location is great, check out is at 10AM, simple breakfast to go is provided. ...
Clean room, great front desk service, and wonderfully smelling soap and shampoo
Nov 20 - Nov 21
Very close to the entrance of Yellowstone park and restaurants
Nov 2 - Nov 3
The Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone was excellent. The staff at the registration desk were helpful, informative, and presented a friendly and professional demeanor.
Located near west entrance to park. Rooms were a time warp in the history of West Yellowstone. Clean, bare basics, but comfortable. Restaurant serves basic food and service was prompt and efficient.
Nov 2 - Nov 3
Outdated, lots of choices For breakfast, close to shops and resto
It’s a nice enough looking hotel. They charged a daily fee that includes free cookies. The only problem is that there were never any cookies available. Still charged us though. The last night we were there, we were gone all day. Came back at 6pm to find our door propped open by the cleaning people. ...
This hotel was very close to Yellowstone west entrance. It was also within walking distance to tons of food and shopping. In the hotel itself, the free breakfast was great, staff were friendly and we used to the hot tub. My only complaint would be bed, as the blankets weren’t comfy/soft at all.
Nov 12 - Nov 13
I slipped in the pool area and manager was not very sympathetic and was very cold.
