My family had an excellent stay. The house was located minutes from the places we wanted to go to which was very convenient. The host was very responsive. I would suggest that if you have mobility issues you may not choose this location because it is split level, however it is manageable. Having garage access was a major plus. We would rent again!

My family and I stayed at the property for a wedding in Milford. The house had plenty of space for our group to say, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The three bathrooms were helpful for our group to efficiently get ready for the wedding, and the kitchen was adequately appointed for us to have meals.

Great place!

The house was perfect for a family of 4 and a couple! It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood so it was a good place to come back to relax each day. Parking for 2 cars was helpful and the coded entry was very easy. Nice setup and thoughtful features. Angela was very responsive and friendly! Definitely recommend!

This host was incredibly responsive to last minute issues that arose, such as the battery for the number lock entry being low, which was fixed right away. This host provided nice touches, such as complimentary toiletries and items that you only expect in a hotel, such as garbage bags, diswasher tabs, and paper towels. They also decorated for the holiday! The home was comfortable and the host was pleasant and communicative.

Awesome spaces

We were all pleasantly surprised by the Vrbo. It was spacious and well supplied with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a space in the area. Angela was also very responsive and easy to work with. She even went the extra mile of calling me when I didn’t respond quickly.

Property and neighborhood are rough around the edges. Cleanliness issues in beds and bath were resolved after a request for a re-clean. Never felt welcomed or valued as a guest. Wish we would have stayed at a hotel.

A fine place to stay

The location was good for our needs and the place well maintained. There were scent devices in many outlets and two of our guests are allergic. We had to unplug them and air out the home. It would be good to alert guests to those devices and allow them to choose to have them not present.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property in New Haven. The home was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It offered ample parking for our two families with children, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essential utensils and amenities we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The owner provided clear and detailed instructions before our arrival and remained responsive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thorough check-out instructions, which served as a helpful checklist and made the departure process simple and stress-free.The property’s location was very convenient, with shopping centers and restaurants nearby. It is also just a short drive to Yale University, making it an excellent choice for families visiting students, attending university events, or exploring the New Haven area.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay in New Haven.
