✹ Local Eats & Shopping: Enjoy charming cafes and general stores in Dover and Wilmington. Try The Hermitage Inn or Dot’s Restaurant for a memorable meal.

✹ There are a lot of dirt roads in the area. Although they’re generally fine, 4WD/AWD is recommended in winter.
✹ There`s a 3-car garage (attached), with an EV charger
✹ Expect to see local wildlife and the occasional bug—this is Vermont, after all.
✹ Pets welcome. There is a pet fee of $80 per pet. The cleaners charge extra to clean after pets stay. Let me know if you`re bringing pets and we`ll take care of this.
