This charming Wells studio-style condo offers a great location, a private screened-in porch, clubhouse amenities that include a shared seasonal indoor pool as well as seven acres of lush green space. Spend your days exploring the beach or go back in time while visiting the historic downtown. You can also go antiquing right in the neighborhood!

This property is within walking distance to the downtown restaurants, as well as the multiple antique shops just across the street. Explore the trails and nature at Wells Reserve or stroll the seashore at Drakes Island Beach, both are less than two miles away.

Things to Know
The community pool is closed January, February and March. It reopens in April and April thru August you can swim from 8am to 10pm. September thru December the pool also is open with pool hours of 8am to 9pm.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Good Wedding Spot

Overall the property was clean, convenient, and easy to get in and out of. Suggestions: directions for living room TV, the online description was not helpful. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom would have been nice. There were no instructions regarding the AC unit in the bedroom. None of these items distracted from an overall good stay in Wels.

A nice family getaway

This condo was perfect for our family. The pictures and listing were exactly how we found it. There were plenty of pillows, linens and dishes to meet our needs. There was even a hairdryer and first aid kit in the bathroom! The property was clean and quiet. One thing we were disappointed about was that the clubhouse was not open so we did not have access to the pool table or computers. Overall this is a great place to stay and we would definitely go back!

Nice studio perfectly location

Very cozy,studio ,condo centrally located , although not suitable for people with mobility issues because of stairs , it was perfect for me. I had trouble with the key box and hopefully someone will sort that out otherwise a very nice stay

Well, the bed was comfy

The place is very small, a little cozy, but you have to climb up 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit. The lockbox was annoying and took a couple tries, but we got it after about 5 minutes playing with it. There were also big, black ants in the kitchen and throughout the unit, along with other slightly smaller black ants. All in all, for what seemed to be a place the size of the studio apartment, the price we paid was pretty outrageous for just 1 night, seeing as how I booked it months in advance. The manual ac machine and the rest of the appliances inside the unit seemed outdated, but it worked for what we needed it for, which was just a night away for my husband and I. I will say the king bed was REALLY comfy. I'd like to know what kind of mattress it was, so I can buy one. I've gotta say, that was probably my favorite part about the whole unit, was how comfy the bed was.

The property had ants crawling up the slider blinds, ants in the bathroom. We were told the company is a green company and if the bed doesn't look like it was slept in then they don't change the bedding. Feeling unsure on that we didn't use the bedding or pillows provided. We were locked out of the property for over an hour, the owner (I believe) showed up to help with the lock box after customer service was of no help. We were told the lockbox was "finicky and needed to be replaced". It was noticed the night before that it needed to be replaced. I was verbally told I would get some sort of refund but have yet to hear about it. We will not be renting again in the Wellington Manor. This was a weekend away for my best friend that graduated college as a single mom to a little one. We were disappointed with our experience and the lack of customer service that was provided.

Rather Loud for a little place

Probably the most difficult thing about the unit for us anyway was you had to climb two flights of stairs to get to the floor and it was difficult because my wife has bad knees. The unit was very dated. Also I would assume neighbors that live there full-time seemed to argue a lot early in the morning making leaving the sliding glass door open not an option. No privacy in screened in room off the kitchen. But I must say the management company responded quickly when we had trouble with the lock box . The grounds are very well taken care of. And the area is very nice as well.
