The property was very clean but had a large number of ladybugs inside it. Not sure where they were coming from but some had been there a while (dead).

Downstairs (basement) had cobwebs, live and dead bugs. Water from Shower head in master bedroom was too powerful. No way to change to a gentle flow. Driveway from gate to parking spaces treacherous. We made sure we were back before dark.

A very nice property with incredible views both day and night.Challenging driveway, but we got the hang of it.The room my wife and i used had no closet, which was inconvenient. We were a bit concerned about the deck in the front. As people came up the stairs the deck would sway. You may want to have that examined.Bottom line - we loved it and would return.

Terrible Driveway

The house was fine, the view beautiful, but that driveway. Our van did not want to go up. At one point we thought the van wasn't going to make it. We used my mother in laws vehicle. Driveway is steep narrow and curvy.

Family reunion trip

Gorgeous views!! Large bedrooms with room for everyone. Porches are large with plenty of seating. Downstairs has a small separate kitchen also. There were 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds and private baths, a room with a queen bed that shares a jack-and-Jill bath with the room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Pillows were on the flatter side but perfect for me. Soap/shampoo provided. Dish detergent/sponges provided. Recommend Blue Mountain pizza in Weaverville but recommend picking it up. Can’t imagine the delivery guy coming up that driveway! Only thing I would have liked was towel bars in the shared bath. Loved it and would come back!

Breathtaking views and comfortable house!

Clean uncluttered space with plenty of gathering spots inside and on the decks. Beds, linens and towels were clean and fresh. Kitchen is clean and well appointed with just what we needed. The views from every window are breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. Yes, the driveway is quite steep but well worth the ascent to this oasis we all enjoyed. I would highly recommend Judah Lodge. Wish I could include photos, but they all had family in them.

Picture Perfect Postcard View

Judah Lodge is really lovely. The views are absolutely breathtaking.The road up the hill can be tricky, but it's so worth it. The beds are very comfortable and the house is nicely equipped. Communication with the owner/manager was seamless.

JUDAH! WITH THE VIEWS!

THIS HOME IS AMAZING! I am totally happy with booking this place! The location of this home is convenient to a lot of places, but yet when you are at the place, you feel like you are far away from everything. The house is beautiful inside and out. The outdoor deck was our go to spot every moment we were at the home. I always love a place that provides the linens. So double thumbs up for that. This is a definite place to book to stay in the area of Weaverville near Asheville. Also, I would love to thank the homeowners for allowing my husband and our friends to stay at your beautiful home. It's a memory we will all, never forget.

Game Night Weekend Getaway

We all enjoyed our stay at Judah Lodge this past weekend. The driveway is steep and curvy but the climb was worth it-the views are amazing and there is plenty of parking. The house is well appointed and the beds were all very comfortable. We made use of the gas grill, explored the town of Weaverville, had dinner in Asheville, lunch at the Grove Park Inn and hiked the Rattlesnake Trail off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Yonder was very responsive to our questions and checking in/out was seamless. Recommend!!
