This property is beautiful, mostly the lobby area, but the upkeep does not match visual aesthetic. Upon arrival, the hotel appeared to uphold a trendy environment with minimal signage regarding COViD. To be honest I’ve stayed at three hotels during the pandemic that range from the Hilton to the Darcy and all provided clear communication and documentation for Covid updates. Here not too much. I received emails prior to my stay that advise of digital check-in but once there little to now. Upon entry to my room, I inspected the unit which was very dusty, missing room necessities such as bar soap, lotion, shower cap, etc. The shower bottles were not leveled off and required additional updating, the hotel slippers and rob missing as well. The room did not come with a mini refrigerator, but more of a draw that only held drinks capacity. Microwaves for the building are not located in the rooms or on each floor. The ice room on level two held the microwave which has a very strong foul odor that favored fish/Dead carcass’s. After connecting to the property WiFi, a completed an initial survey which the manager received and gave my room a call. We we’re offered one step of slippers , for two ppl stay, and housing keeping to refill soap dispensers which took twenties minutes to arrival. My overall impression of this property was bare minimal which is disappointing since I booked a month in advance in celebration of my birthday which fell on the day of our stay/checkout.

We have the most friendly customer service ever. My kiddos were happy to get coloring books from the front desk helper. There were always smiling and cleaning the areas. We were safe and I want to go back soon for more. :) Vid

Room was great & clean. Staff very nice, courteous, helpful. However, our hallway carpet was dirty, nobody vacuumed all weekend (3 day stay) , ice machine broke and microwave was filthy.

Overall beautiful, but elevators slow and seemed like it wasn't working at first. They are still being renovated. There's a fridge, but no microwave which would've been useful. No coffee or tea in room, but cafe downstairs is pretty good.

Nice staff and very clean. Even thought parking was a hassle but not if you can afford 7 a night for valet then your safe we enjoyed or stay and our clean room and parking. Will visit again thanks.
